Brett KThe location is centrally located and easy to get to! I reserved a dolly, but it was not in the truck, however JC Woods came out and provided me with one. I have no complaints with JC Woods. We've used them previously and they're easy to work with. However, the U-Haul online check in process did give me some problems - it took a good 45 minutes of having to enter and reenter information. Finally, after speaking with a U-Haul rep, I was able to get it done.

STEDMANN MUsed 15' truck locally for less than 4 hours. Developed serious transmission leak that was discovered upon arrival at unloading location. Since there was a new concrete driveway, truck was parked on street and furniture carted from street to house. Would have been much easier if I could have backed up driveway. Truck was taken straight back to rental location after confirming sufficient trans oil level to safely drive. Location was informed both upon discovery and return of leak and truck was removed from service by Mr Woods
Darrell PThis is literally the only location I will rent from. Jason and Heather are very attentive and helpful. Jason helped me hookup, helped me with a fuse change out etc. I will drive out of my way, passing multiple locations to deal with them.

Charles RThe location listed was phenomenal. However, my original pick up location was not the case. Your location on 2801 S. McKensie St required a document that I did not have in my possession meaning I had to drive back to my home and get it. (Which was not a big deal whatsoever.) When I arrived back to the location, 15 minutes before closing, the door was locked with a worker inside. I knocked on the door, but instead of someone answering, I saw him look at me then proceed to walk towards the back of the building. That forced me to drive to another location 20 minutes away to find a comparable uhaul truck. Due to the strict timeline I was working with, this did not sit well with me.

Brig BI reserved a uhaul and was told to pick it up 4 miles from my house. A couple days before I get an email telling me to pick it up 30 miles from my house. They gave me 251 mile which I ended up going over, not by much the the change in pickup area was very inconvenient.
Regina MEasy to find with google maps. I think it was Jason who helped us. He was terrific to work with, very accommodating. I would recommend his location above others I've worked with simply because of his friendliness.
