Location seems to never be open. Took them 6 days to check in my truck. Received a notice from Uhaul stating that my truck was never returned. Spoke to customer service multiple times to resolve this. How can yo have an authorized dealer if they are closed more than open?

Parking lot was very icy and not safe at all to get to the truck, but we managed. Keys were left under the seat as I received a call earlier that they would be. I was charged a $14 fee for something I did not authorize and "Jim" was very argumentative with me on the phone. Also the truck felt as if it was out of gear while driving.

The agent i dealt with in person was Grate. However when having to deal with the regional manager, she definitely did me no favors as they rerouted me last min to a pickup location 70 miles out of my way and did not feel any obligation to make right.

Be wary of dropping off a 6x12 trailer here. There is no room to maneuver and no one willing to help.

Trailer was buried in the snow .No one was there when I arrived. I was there for close to a half an hour from the time I arrived and the time I left..

There was a foot of snow on the truck and it was parked in a location it took an hour to leave the site. There was no attempt to have the truck road ready.

Received a call on Sunday asking could I return the equipment before noon as someone wanted to rent it. The person also indicated that they would close at noon. I arrived at 11:05 and the office was already closed...

I called the customer service line (regional office) the rep was very rude and did not provide customer service in any fashion. I will likely share my below standard experience with my friends via word of mouth and social networking. It would have been more convenient and affordable to buy my own tow dolly.

First of all, for moral reasons, a liquor store is not conducive to a reputable business location. Secondly, the gas tank was not at half-full as indicated. Thirdly, a walk through should have been done to show any problems with the equipment that could arise. Fourthly, I ordered a dozen pads which was not included with my order. Fifthly, the equipment should have been explained as to how to conserve fuel and operate the equipment.

At the dealer level, not much could be done except making sure steering issues (pulling/play) are reported and fixed (if previous customer complained). The lady was very professional and courteous. She listened and explained the contract thoroughly.

Although the Uhaul representative was very nice,I requested pick up at a location closer to my home. I had to drive out of my way during morning commute to pick up the truck. I found it very inconvenient.

After I paid for the rental, the saleswoman who had been helping me, locked the office and left. I had absolutely no help in hooking the trailer up and no instructions on the workings of the auto trailer. I will not rent from this location again!

The internet and the name list this Uhaul as a food market when in essence it is in a liquor store. I was not comfortable entering a liquor store for this transaction and I would have choosen another location had i known it was such.

The truck was damaged on the right side upon receipt, and we were not made aware of that prior to leaving with the truck. Please let customers know before the leave with a vehicle of all damages and little nuances about the rental prior to leaving the facility.

Very slow service. Very limited truck parking. When received truck, rear loading door was open and snow was inside that made mess and slippery surface.

There was not official parking for the trucks. Some trucks took too much space. I think painted spots would be good, I dropped off later and had trouble parking. Other than that easy and close to home, thank you.

Service really sucks. This people don't know nothing about costumer service. They are really rude.. And the worse part is that there location is really smelly and dirty. Not mentioning that they are not open mind.. They look at u like your a rear bug.. They are racists .

Very difficult to locate because this was a teeny, tiny location. It was also scary to take my huge truck down a very narrow drive to a sketchy-looking, dark, small parking area. I was not comfortable with this location at all.

The lady at the gas station was really nice. However, I had an 8am reservation and the uhaul rental office wasn't open and never opened Sunday, so the lady at the gas station did manual paperwork for me to rent the truck. The truck's check engine light was on and the transmission was not shifting into 2nd or 3rd gear which I had to pull off the road several times.
