Want to know why paying by cash costed me $60 more than advertised, and i did not get the cash back! Just because someone dows not uave a credit card they are punished! You seem to consistently rip people off and penalize them for your own short comungs. Wonder how the attorney general and better business bureau will handle this.

Unfortunately, we had to go to this location because Charleroi PA didn't have our truck that was reserved. We had to drive an extra 30 miles or so to pick up this truck. We were told that gas/mileage would be added to our account/truck, due to us having to drive out of our way. The person we spoke to on the phone was supposed to document it on our account, but never did.
