The trunk was very rough riding and shook when going over 55 mph. May need to be serviced.

Bill MThis was my first U-Haul experience, and all went smoothly. The location was fine, and the service was good. The station attendant hooked up the Trailor and checked for working lights. I also rented blankets and was given the ok that my truck was capable of pulling the Trailor.

Steve AFirst off, whoever made your reservation and check-in systems, should be fired. I thought that the driver's license system that the MNidiots developed was bad, but your system is the most user unfriendly system I have ever seen. I had to finally delete my wife's account from the last time we rented a U-haul truck. Then when I tried to check-in online, it would error out, saying that I had to turn my location services on, which they were. Then when my Son-in-law was trying to pickup the truck, which he was on the reservation as a driver, the woman at the store, threw a fit because he wasn't me, even though he was on the reservation. Again, I don't know if I will ever rent from U-haul ever again.

Frances MTrailer had rust and the ratchet straps were terrible to use, staff did not even come out to point out the unit, asked me if I knew how to hook everything up! Had to drive 104 miles to pick up the trailer even though I had a reservation that was secured with a credit card. They called two days before i needed the trailer to tell me they didn’t have one.
Steven MI was really disappointed in my experience with U-Haul yesterday. Firstly, I chose to have in person, rather than online, check in to get my U-Haul. Right away, the person working the register had no idea what to do and had us speak with the owner over the phone. This caused a lot of problems.. When we walked in there was another man getting a U-Haul and they gave him ours. We had ordered a 17ft truck, which there was only one at this location at the time, and they gave him ours.. Apparently the man ordered a 26ft truck but they didn’t have one to give him. Then I was completely shocked to find out that without identifying him or checking his card, they charged me for his rental?? I ordered a $39 truck while he ordered the 26ft for a week.. They charged me $405 on my card without ever seeing me or my card. I have never felt so screwed over by U-Haul and this is my 3rd time renting through them.. When they finally figured out what they had done wrong, the person at the register had a customer run out to stop the man who had our truck. They then had him return the keys while I had to spend another 20 minutes getting my money refunded and reordering a truck I already had. Then when the man hung up the phone on me because we were “squared away” I told the man at the register and to no surprise, he just handed me the keys. No card check. No license check. Nothing. At this point I had to run to our storage unit because we had rented movers through U-Haul that we were running late for, and that was another awful experience. I cannot believe my card was used so freely without me even being present or giving any approval for. This has caused complete mistrust for using U-Haul in the future. I am extremely disappointed.
Katelyn SPicked up the 26 ft u haul spent a hr getting the ramp out of the back due the ramp being off track after loading took more than a hr to get ramp back into the place we're it was hanging 4ft out the back then returning to the place we rented the U-Haul to get the ramp reamp back on track to arrive at our destination it to 2 plus hrs for that then had to rent the u haul for another day to be able to get stuff unloaded not very happy

Mark Srented a 5x8 trailer. One of he gate "latches" was totally chipped off. Needed an extra ratchet strap to hold the gate from bouncing back and forth. Needs to be repaired. My service guy was great, the only concern was the bed had to be shoveled while I was waiting. Should have been done in the last few weeks.

Lindsy BI was overcharged 200+ dollars when I should have received a rebate. I rented a uhaul on September 28th and rented it till 13th of October. I returned the trailer on the 11th and was charged by Jeff’s Little Store instead of being rebated for the extra days.

Phaly LFirst I called Rochester to reserve a flat bed car trailer I was sent to Byron. As I was hooking up to the yrailer, I was told to stop because they had already booked it and then I was sent to Jeff's. I was told that the payment was going to be adjustes and I wound up paying more than the $67.00 I was originally charged and I had to drive back to Rochester from Dodge Center to drop it off.
