Kenneth CrawleyThe trailer was in very, very rough shape. Most of the rails for fastening were broken or splintered. If I hadn't already had my mind set to get the insurance, one look at the interior would have had me cancel it outright if they didn't let me get it on the spot.

RICHARD MADERAMake sure you return the Blankets they are rental also. Agent forgot to mention this at the time of return. I had to go back home and return the blankets.

TRACY CUNNINGHAMThe truck was well-maintained, but the cargo area did not seem swept when I received it. I picked up trash from the truck's cargo floor before driving it off the lot. The woman renting me the truck told me that Safemove Plus insurance would not cover me if I hit another car/pedestrian with the truck, and that Safemove Plus was to cover the value of my belongings in the truck. She said that U-Haul would not be involved with paying for damage to other property/people in the event that I caused an accident, with either of the two insurances offered. I don't think she represented Safemove Plus accurately, but I have difficulty understanding Safemove Plus myself. I have gripes about Safemove Plus; it does not seem honest in that it tries to shift primary responsibility to people's car insurance, when car insurance was not created for U-Hauling. All people should get liability insurance for driving a U-Haul.

ANA SAENZJD's Feed Store was outstanding in providing me & my family exactly what we needed for our move. They are an excellent Uhual service center and in all my experiences with moves they were the most friendly & helpful.
ANDRES GARZAI was disappointed by the choice of drop off location. After calling the 800 number to request a return location for the rental truck and telling them I was already at a drop off location, the dispatcher transfered my call to a drop off location across town. This distance to the location across town caused a significant use of fuel which caused me to refuel an additional time; and go over budget. Upon arrival at JD's Farm and Ranch, I was greeted gruffly and referenced as a suspected drug dealer. I did not appreciate the comment and felt it quite inappropriate after six days on the road traveling a great distance. The facility requires great repair as large pot holes litter the front parking area. The signage at the location is poor. I almost drove by the facility. The only thing stopping me was spotting a small UHaul trailer in front of the facility. I encourage UHaul not to renew the contract with this facility.
