The Jet Ski Shop owner was very helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. I would be very comfortable renting a Uhaul from him and referring friends and family. BTW, love the cargo van! It drives great and though it initially felt huge, rode well in my own lane and borrows are well-appointed.

Diann CExcellent service, the owner/manger went out of their way to retrieve a vehicle transport trailer and have it ready for pick up on the day needed. Did some paperwork and was out in 15 minutes. I am very grateful for the level of service as I had a strict time schedule. Recommend them for you transport needs.

KAITLYN CMy drop off location changed multiple times. On the day of my move, the drop off location changed again last minute. I didn’t even see it until I got to the original drop off location. This service really needs to get their shit together. This was overall a terrible experience

christine STo improve for the next customer a door bell ring to notify the attendant that someone is at the door would make the pickup process on time. This is also a repair shop and it seems that the place is close unless one comes around the store to get someone to open the door for business. Otherwise the pickup and drop off of the truck went well.
Evette PWe rejected insurance, but the guy signed us up for insurance regardless he gave us no paperwork and mislead us then when we extended our rental we had to pay way too much per day. This guy is shady. When we called him he said it was our word against his We did not agree to insurance He ripped us off I'm very disappointed

Juliet TNot having a person on-site and having U-Hauls system out of order created many issues for us. I would NEVER recommend anyone using a remote site. It caused us to use an entire hour of our rental just to get the truck due to system issues. Waste of time.
Jo AI had no clue U-Haul had trucks for rent at this location! The ease of scheduling the truck and the attentiveness of the shop owner, were great! One of my best experiences renting a truck from U-haul!

deontray bThe process went smoothly and had no problems with the truck. The only thing was that the dolly was not on the truck but the location office was not open.
Shirley WI was picking up my uhaul that I rented through the uhaul app. As I was about to drive away the owner came out and told me I wasn't supposed to have the truck or the moving blankets. I said, I knew about the blankets and was going tockeave them untouched. I explained I reserved it and had already paid. He was very rude and told me I was lucky that Uhaul let me rent the truck and wanted the blankets back.

Khalicia RI do not like doing business with a company that lies to its customers !!! I especially do not enjoy being double charged for insurance. I really hate being told that the 26' U-Haul van that i had reserved was given to someone else because I failed to return a phone call. If you guys didn't suck you would blow !!! I will never do business with you again.

Darlene PI would just like to say they were way more professional and courteous to me and then the last U-Haul dealership I went to on Haynes road...53... something Haynes road.....that guy was an asshole fort no reason..... But thankfully to him I found jet ski repair to be a far better dealer and way more professional than he was
SHAWN LThey are not open so it was a mobile drop off. That would have been helpful to know as I was dropping off a trailer and it’s pretty heavy to unload by myself.

WENDY FMobile pick up went great at location but old white man with glasses was rude when I asked where the furniture pads THAT I PAID FOR were since they weren't in the truck.
Juan CSelling us on saving time using your mobile app is really misleading. Spent 40 minutes trying to get app to work, misleading about where the lock box is located, and then add another 40 minutes to check in the vehicle. I will continue using U-Haul, just not your mobile app.

ASHLIE FReturn self checkin was difficult for me. You wanted five fotos. I took about thirty to satisfy your needs. The odometer reading was difficult to capture. I input it manually also, A choice to only manually input mileage and gas would have served me better. Also, to aid in the picture taking, you instructed me (I think) to turn on the truck. Did you mean lights on, engine on, or both. I finally did both, That drained some of the gas I had loaded.
