ZENA MALONEI made my reservation several weeks in advance, however when I arrived they had none of the items I requested available. The staff's response was we only have a truck. Due to the time frame and my tight deadline, I had no option but to accept just the truck which was a big inconvenience because I had several items that would require the pads, furniture and regular dolly. It would have been more compassionate to contact your customers in advance to inform them that you can not meet their needs. Also the truck was dirty and super loud as if a tornado was coming through the vents. I'd suggest updates or upgrades. If I ever use uhaul again it won't be this location.

Ronnie MooreYou fraudulently charged a fuel usage that I did not use. The tank was on less than 3/4 of a tank (11/16 to be exact ) when I picked it up and it was on 3/4 of a tank (12/16 to be exact) when I dropped it off. I actually left a surplus of gas in the tank. You fraudulently said it was almost full. I submitted photos to H-Haul to prove the fraud and I was still charged. I was charged an excess mileage charge because you made me go to a further u-Haul drop box drop off location. I am not paying these fraudulent charges. 3986275 is my customer service action claim number.

Rhonda WickizerI told the agent we were moving inside the same county. I was sent to another county to get the truck with the size I needed, but was told the county rates would apply. Uhaul did not honor this agreement and charged more for change of drop off site, even though we had an agreement. When we discussed this with the agent on the phone after we dropped it off, she stated I was at fault, and hung up the phone mid conversation. Will not be using Uhaul ever again.
