The truck was dirty and had dog hair and food in it. I only moved 40 miles and they tried to make me clean it like I'm feeding a dog on a 40 mile trip. I told the person at the first location and he said it was "all good". That shows me that it was not cleaned at all or sterilized, there's a lot of disease going around and they need to clean the trucks.. also uhaul only gave me 37 miles to make a 43 mile trip, then tried to charge me more money even though I only used the truck for 6 hours out of the 24. The people when I dropped it off hastled me about not paying the extra money and it took up an extra hour of my time that could have been spent helping my wife unpack. The calculation for miles needs to do better with accounting for traveling to and from uhaul to your location as well as from where and to you are moving. Truck drove good, bad service on both ends and not a sanitary choice. Overall very negative experience. I won't be using again.Dakota H.

The attendant informed me that I would need to return the truck with at least half its tank full. This was apparently not true, and I was charged for it. Not sure if this is the fault of the attendant or U-Haul, but it's a piss poor experience for the customer. This next point is the fault of U-Haul, not the location: Stop allowing people to set reservations outside of operating hours. It creates a problematic situation for everyone involved.COREY M.

Stop using Moore real estate company as a uhaul pick-up or drop off place! I had the worst ever experience renting this uhaul truck. This was my first ever uhaul rental and it will be my last! The reason I gave a decent rating wad because the people at JJ's did what they could to rectify the incident that happened at Moore's.HOPE W.

I admit I should have gotten a paper copy of my contract. But I didn't. I got halfway to my destination and realized I did not have the dolly I paid for so I had to go back to the store. I put 7.11 miles on the truck. When I parked the truck the gas tank still said full. When the employee finished the paperwork he neglected to mention he notate a not full tank. He charged me $7.00 for driving 7.11 miles. I defiantly won't be renting from him anymore and will try not to use any UHaul ever again.vicki B.

Their parking area was a mud pit and i was not agreeable to take my truck into it to park the trailer. Instead parked it in the pavement in the front of the store, unhooked it for them. Did not know if they had checked the trailer in or not as inside store clerk picked up a tablet and another person told me where to park it. Its the only location in town and they are good people, just a little lacking on handling uhaul equipment.Mark G W.

make sure the truck is clean on the inside when it is dropped off from use. I had to scrub out the truck, had dried mud inside, before I could start loading my items.renee K.
