Just as bad as the American Healthcare system. $300 just to move into a place giving the fact you still have to get organized and pay to get things turned on and functioning. Moving made easier is complete bull. Just another scamming company snatching money from your pockets. Environmental fees are bull because they don't do anything! The return process is the kicker! They charge you more!!!! Thought you were going to pay for gas and then leave? Nope! Because now they're charging for gas, mileage, and another rental fee of $40. Glad I didn't ask for mover assistance. Definitely find a better company if possible. Dropping it off was difficult with the fact of the entrance being blocked and the worker trying to explain that we needed to go through the entrance areaâ€¦.which was blocked and would have held up traffic if we were to turn in. It is very hard to determine the exact amount of gas is in the vehicle when it's not directly on one of the four quarter tick marks which can allow for people to be cheated out of gas or money in the end.Corri M.
I scheduled my pick up time for 7:30, when I arrived the lady working didn't do the uhauls and the person who did wasn't there. The lady was very rude, the guy finally shows up almost 30 minutes late. I returned the uhaul with half a tank more gas than when I picked it up and they still charged me the few extra miles that I went over. I will never rent from this place againEdward A.

The pick up location was way too far from the original place that I asked to go. so my lower rating is not for the facility but more for the distance away from where I originally asked for the u haul. Also there was no cell service to get directions for how to get to my original destination which was an hour away.Kristin Z.

U-Haul is secondary to the convenience store. There are no facilities to clean and maintain vehicles. All vehicles available were covered with dead leaves and other tree debris owing to the time of year. This location is conveniently located in our town of Martin, TN. This location is small and difficult to maneuver in when overloaded with U-Haul equipment.Mim W.

We think we left our keys to our car and house in the U-Haul and they are making us wait till tomorrow to see if they are in there said there uhual part of the store was closed same guy that we brought it to like so now we have to have a friend take us to a hotel and pay unnecessary money due to them not wanting us to look at it due to it was dark out don't recommend very unprofessional and rude it was a simple unlock it and let us get our keys Thai location is horribleTyler B.
