Loretta R.They didn't even have the decency to clean the snow off the vehicle yet they went to the vehicle to collect data before I got in. They overcharge adding fees in that don't even make sense.I have never seen a U-Haul place ran this way and it's definitely not goin to be a place I ever rent from again!

Ashley L.This was the worst experience I've had with uhaul. Like what the actual fuck. I thought it was real generous of y'all to let me adjust my time to a later time. However, it changed the pick up location LAST MINUTE and WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I went to the first pick up location and it was literally closed. No uhaul store, just the presumed rental van parked behind a locked gate. I was stranded and I had to move out. I luckily was able to book another truck, but because of that I had to send the truck back late because of how far back it sent me in my moving process. That whole ordeal just made my move so stressful.
Rachel O.Uhaul offered a dropoff location (30 n pulaski) that was no longer open, and I chose it as my drop off not knowing. The original location didn't even have a working phone line. The number was disconnected. Because I had to wait on the phone for 45 minutes to speak with someone at Uhaul the process took way longer than it should have to drop off the vehicle. The location we switched too was fine but very inefficient.
