I was charged when I dropped off to this location on June 5 at 10am. It was closed so I put the keys in the box and even called uhaul and talked to a representative who said she would mark on my sheet that I had returned the uhaul. I also called the original location they gave me in georgia to let them know I found one closer to me and was dropping it off there. I should be charged for it being late since it was not! I want my money back.Patricia C.
UHAUL IS HORRIBLE. I've rented trucks several times recently, and UHaul always changes the location to one that is dramatically farther (in this case 42 miles round trip farther). I spoke with customer service, they were supposed to credit me $50 towards the rental but nothing is ever done and no follow-up ever happens.PHILLIP G.

The gas tank was almost on E when I received the truck. I wasn't sure how much I needed so I put $30 dollars in it assuming the size of the truck would burn through it quick. I used a fraction of the gas I put into it and did not receive any credit. So I literally helped the broker keep his truck topped on gas. You're welcome Mr. Broker. Drop off location was switched by dispatch location not we're was requested during reservation. Ended up 43 minutes late trying to locate new drop off location.beind charged near 80.00 dollars for extra day on both truck and auto transport. Not to mention this was my second rental over 1000 dollars each trip in three weeks. And then I get treated like that for a uhaul center mistake. Great customer service.Roberto C.

Please do not accept a reservation for a trailer that you are unable to fulfill. I had to do all my own legwork to find this trailer. Several employees and 2 managers told me there were NO trailers available in the entire Denver metro area. The employees at JM Auto service were excellent.JAMES WILLIAM M.

This location failed to check whether I actually had brought the truck back with a full tank of gas and then proceeded to try to charge me $75! It was quoted as a mistake but how do you not see F For full versus E for empty? Luckily I immediately checked my receipt and saw that the charge was there and called them to have them go look at the tank. But what if I had not? And they rented the truck outâ€”what would be my proof that I have filled the tank up? That seems a little suspect to me. Also according to the website (which I think is problematic for trying to put things into your cart that you did not ask for by having you have to â€œuncheckâ€ things that you didn't request instead of choosing to â€œcheck themâ€ to put them in your cart )it was told I was told that I would have an appliance dolly. When I got there they said they didn't have appliance dollies. But why would the website give me the option to have an appliance dolly if there are none. So then I had to go to another store to get an appliance dolly. On a positive note, I I was not charged for the dolly. In addition, I was told that if I did the check in online my wait would be minimal. When I got to the store I ended up having to spend 15 minutes getting the truck when I was the only person there. So why do the online check-in? Note that all the in-store people I dealt with were very nice. And this review does not address the customer service I had in store. I am not happy with my U-Haul experience at allâ€” in terms of the website accuracy and user ease, Nor do I trust the process when I return my truck that things will be recorded accurately. Please be very vigilant about taking pictures of your gas tank and checking your receipt and your records. Because if you don't you may be overcharged.!Anissa B.

The tow truck driver didnt secure the ball hitch and when I left the shop the trailer came off the ball and hit my bumper damaging my car they dont answer their phone to talk to them and they didnt refund me my rest if my depositMichael H.
Nothing, the facility and personnel were all anyone might expect. UHAUL scheduling was horrible. We reserved a truck for 9AM at one facility nearby our house. We never received a call from UHAUL the night prior with a location and pick-up time. When we called UHAUL we were given a pickup location 20 miles away and a pickup time of 11:15 PM. Totally unacceptable. We spent nearly two hours on the phone getting that straightened out and were lucky to get a truck.Gary C.
This location closes at noon on Saturdays. U-Haul did not inform me of this, after switching me to this location 48 hours prior to pick-up. We nearly missed the pick-up as we showed up at 11:50am. The owner stayed open to help us get our trailer connected and show us how everything worked. He was great. U-Haul reservation practices need adjusting.Richard K.

I rented a tow dolly and when picking up the car I noticed the straps were ripe to the point it would not cradle the tire then as I returned the tow dolly I was charged 114 instead of the 44 +8.00 for the insurance I called the person I rented it to and showed him the damaged strap he said he would look into itOwen W.
