Both pickup and drop off locations excellent. BUT is would rather have the opportunity to review UHAUL the company. Horrible check in process when returning the truck. Request photos of almost everything. Site kept timing out. Impossible to see on line my invoice and what I actually paid for the total rental. UHAUL has a lot of work to do in the area of technology. It is 2019 by the way, not 1999!

I chose the option to do pickup by phone/ app at 6am. I received numerous calls and emails the days leading up to the pickup day stating the date, time, and type of pickup was set up and ready for me. I got to the location at 6:15am and the app said I had to wait for a worker to get there at 9 am so they could get me the keys. There was nothing I could do on the app to see where or when the pickup type changed and no email sent either. I called the 1-800 uhaul number and was on hold for 10 minutes before anyone could speak with me and once I finally got someone, there was nothing they could do. All they said was either wait 3 hours for the person to get there or they could see if there was another location with the equipment requested. We had already driven half hour to get to this location and there was no way we were going to drive further and pay for more miles. We eventually got the keys from a worker who had no experience with it but was willing to help us. My first experience with uhaul was far from exceptional and I am hoping that IF I decide to rent from them again, things will be much better and there will be communication if things are changed without my knowledge.

Equipment ordered was not available, I ordered an appliance dolly and a utility dolly, however the appliance dolly was not available then when I returned the uhaul I was still charged for the appliance dolly 20.00 dollars. The store could not figure out how to cancel that part of the order then had me return the unit on my phone this process took about 40 minutes figuring this all out and then in the end was still charged for equipment I never received

Have trailer inspected for road worthy. Both wheel bearings bad. I had to bring trailer back and pick up a second trailer.

I made my reservation for a trailer on 4 July 2019 and did all of the required pre-pick up paper work and up loads. My preferred pick up location on Friday, 12 July 2019: Yerges Storage 1230 Whitewater Ave Fort Atkinson, WI 53538 On Thursday morning 11 July 2019 I was notified that my pick up location had been changed to: Johnson Creek BP 403 South St Johnson Creek WI 53038 I called UHAUL I was able to get my pick up time changed from 9:00 AM Friday 12 July to 12:45 PM Thursday 11 July. When I got the pick-up location it took about 90 minutes to get through the paperwork/pick up process. They wanted ALL the information I had uploaded online the week before. The service guy was having trouble uploading the information and called the UHAUL help line and we were finally able to complete the pick-up process. After the paperwork was finished the service guy pointed to the side of the building and told me the trailer was "out there". My brother-in-law and I went out, hooked the trailer up and left.
