im a Service Manager for equipment rental company. i know that trailers are fairly low maintenance. One of the things that seems to be and issue is the jack. we replace quite a few and they get damaged. We replace them i dont understand why U-haul doesn't have them. i read your video about to lif them back is still hurting today. lifting and enclosed trailer by yourself s ridiculous

One drop off instructions said to put key in box, then another one said to take a picture of the odometer. Had already dropped keys and box could not do this thought they would charge me $20 and they didn't that's customer service thank you for a great experience

The only issue I had with this location was the associate. She verbally told me I could take the equipment back to any uHaul. When I received drop off instructions and a call from a designated location this was a bit confusing.

Nobody was there to help. Everything is online.we had to take our own picks of the truck with our phone and upload it on my reservation. There was a couple trying to pick up a truck and having trouble. Not everyone has a smart phone.

This Uhaul rental experience was a nightmare! We had a 9am reservation for a 26ft truck. We finally pulled out of the parking lot at 11am. They first assigned us to a truck and told us we were responsible for assessing damage and that was not their responsibility. After seeing a large cracked fender and broken interior light I wanted to check in with the associate. They realized the vehicle had been wrecked and should not have been checked out to me in the first place. They then change me to another truck that was completely dented, scratched and scraped all over. I had to force the associate to do a walk through and put the "circle x stickers" on all the damaged spots. The associate then tried to get away with filing the gas tank as being full when it was actually 3/8 tank. I had to wait in line for another 30 minutes so that could get addressed. After dealing with this for 2 hours, I asked to speak to the owner. He simply blew off my concerns and pushed the blame on Uhaul. Quoting, he said "Uhaul are a bunch of dick heads to work with. This is their fault it takes so long. I only do this because I make good money from renting their equipment." This was probably the most embarrassing operation I have ever rented from and I am a very tolerant person.

There was dried mud in cab and box. Also the “storage” in the door was very dirty. Someone had spilled a drink or something and it wasn't cleaned up. Rolled driver door window down and almost couldn't get it rolled back up.

The truck itself was ok. However, I do have a few issues. I originally asked for 1/2 dozen furniture pads, but did not receive them. However there was a dolly in the truck. I did not need nor use it. It was also located in the front seat of the cab, not in the back of the truck, so that made things a bit cumbersome when I had a passenger. Secondly, I picked up the vehicle at 9:35, and had it returned by no later than 4. I filled out the return online on my phone. This should be the end of the story, however when I received my bill on Monday, I was charged for 2 days. So double for everything, plus a $20 fee for something that did not need to be done since I had already done the return on my phone. What I was expecting to be about $50 turned out to be over $120. Overall, I was not pleased with this experience, and would like to be credited for what was not used in materials and time. Reservation:28857088

I dropped off the truck after hours, so I can't comment on the inside of the location or the staff. The location was convenient and it was easy to park the truck. However, when I went to return the key to the U-Haul secure box, it turned out no one had locked and secured the box. So as I closed the flap, the entire steel box slammed down, smashing into my forearm and causing a large, bloody contusion. Loose keys were all over the place, so after I stopped reeling from pain, I attempted to gather them back into the right spot inside the box and slam it shut as securely as I could. If any trucks mysteriously go missing from this location, my bet would be that's because their employees don't properly secure equipment. In my case, I only sustained bodily harm. If customer service reads this, you can contact me for photographs.

The location is hard to find; I would recommend that you make mention the it is located in the mall parking lot behind Dick's Sporting Goods.

There was however a big problem trying to use the online process and would not work...THANKFULLY this location WAS OPEN ON SUNDAY or I may have not been able to get my truck or move this day!!

The check in and check out was easy to do and the counter associates were very pleasant. However, when we picked up the truck, there was a car tow trailer attached to the back of it. We did not order a car tow and had to go back in to tell them about the trailer. They said just unhook it, it would be okay. The truck should have been checked out and this should have been done before we were given the keys.

Was supposed to pick up at 9 a.m. No one was even there, and did not ooen until 9:15, 8 ti 10 people were waiting, did not get rental until 10:30 a.m. there was no Dolly and I was charged for it there were no blankets the truck was dirty had to go find a dolly. ,no I would not recommend

The online rental experience and equipment was good. But my pickup was scheduled for 9 am. There were 5 other customers waiting outside when I arrived at 8:50, all with early rentals. The employee did not answer the phone or open the store until 9:30, and I did not get my truck until 10:15. I'm glad my move was close and quick because it could have been difficult losing over an hour on my rental time. Employee was also not wearing a mask.

App-based check in is poor - it is not necessary to verify alternate contacts - and 20 minutes is too long to wait for reservation details to be qualified. People on phone unfriendly and lousy attitudes

There were moldy blankets in a plastic bag in back of trailer. It makes me feel that nobody prepped the trailer at all. When I came to pick up the trailer (2 hours after scheduled pickup) nobody was at the store. I left a message and waited for 20 min when the only worker there showed up after having lunch. Otherwise the person at the store was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to return trailer with the u-haul app.

Just used for drop off. Location is difficult to find as Google maps take you to the parking lot of a shopping mall. Location is an out-lot (sort of) and not well marked. It was there but was difficult to find.

The entire experience was a nightmare and we will not be renting from Uhaul again. I booked my truck a few weeks ago for a one way trip, since we were picking up furniture in a different city 45 minutes away. I selected the location closest to my starting point and the truck I needed and received a confirmation. The day before I picked up the truck I received a confirmation call from a different location another 20 miles further away saying that's where uhaul routed me to. There was NO communication prior to this advising I would have to travel that far away when I had booked at a location less than a mile away from my starting point. I called the 800 number and after an hour on the phone with them, they changed my reservation to a much larger truck (which we didn't need or want, but was all that was available) and instead of picking up at my destination and just driving back, I now was picking up near my home and returning it to the same location. I was given the same rate as the smaller truck though now being charged mileage and a different starting rate than what I had booked since it was now an "in town" move. When we went to pick it up, no one in the store was wearing masks, even though that is a requirement now. I confirmed with the clerk the information, including that I had 6 furniture blankets. He neglected to tell me that those were in the store and not already in the truck, so we wasted more time having to return after the lengthy checkout process to get them. Then returning the truck was another ridiculous procedure. It must be done via the mobile app, or there is a $20 fee. It took multiple tries and still would not complete the process before starting over and taking us through the entire thing again. My husband luckily saw the clerk we checked out with earlier and checked the truck back in with him, but then had to call the 800 number, for another hour long call, to get the fee waived since it was automatically applied. We never had issues with renting trucks from Budget, but they didn't have a location where we were going. Turns out uhaul didn't either, so we definitely weren't better off.

The facility is a shell of an old Sears automotive store. It's unfinished and dirty. They expected me to connect and disconnect the trailer I ordered. In fact when I brought it back they didn't even check it. I took photos in case something arose later on.

Mediocre everything. Truck was clean but seemed like something was wrong with the steering. We didn't know if it was going to break from all the noise we heard and popping we felt. Blah staff that made me park across the road but others parked close to the building. Cheaper rental than I remember tough. Meh everything

Upon arriving at my loading destination, I found that there were many small pieces of broken glass in the cargo area of the van. I had to thoroughly sweep the cargo area before I could safely load any items. The van also had a low tire pressure dash indicator light when I picked it up.

Let us know, ahead of time, when you are planning to close two hours early. We returned our vehicle 1 3/4 hours before the posted closing time and had to perform the after hours return process because you had closed early.

I chose the location but since the location didn't have equipment it was moved to another one without notifying me. The address should be listed differently, on the main website, too. I had to really work to find this location since they have it listed on US31 instead of Madison Ave. I ended up having to get a more expensive vehicle because of this. The woman, at the desk, was very kind and helpful and it wasn't her fault. The inside of the truck needed vacuuming and the door/window seal was coming off but not noted on the pre-check. The website wouldn't let me return my vehicle...etc. Overall, I was highly disappointed with my Uhaul experience. Typically, I have had a great experience but not this time.

Picked up truck and it wasn't sanitized. I had to do it myself because the associate at the counter had a broken leg. The check in and drop off process was horrible. Uhaul is not my favorite place to rent a truck because it's the same long process every time.

I could not get it to accept my location on phone when I returned van. My licator was on but uhaul system kept asking me to turn it on. But was not a problem. Lady that rented me the van was excellent

The address was of a large mall so some extra directions on where in this large area would have been nice. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave me better directions when I could not find it.
