I had to drive a one and a half hours to get the trailer. I understand trailer locations differ and are ever changing. However, this was three hours and to far. I would have liked to see Uhaul have a remedy for such events.Samuel D.

I wasn't happy that my truck was suppose to be in Cavalier ND and I had to go to Hallock to pick it up. I do like that they did give me extra miles and days to accommodate the changes.Cindy S.
I had made this reservation over a month and a half ago and it was sprung on me 48 hours before picking up the truck that I would now have to travel 1.5 hours each way to get a truck. I was hoping to pack and then pick up the truck (in town) in a timely fashion but instead had to carve out 3+ hours to get this truck. The lady was nice when I picked up the truck but didn't have the furniture blankets and didn't have the dollies I had reserved at their location (probably because the location had changed from the original location). I was not impressed at all. Disappointed that U-Haul couldn't have brought the customer the truck to the location I had reserved it for.ANDREW M.

The rental was VERY expensive. Going from Hallock, Mn to San Antonio was over $500, but when I put the same locations, differing only with San Antonio to Hallock, the cost was less than $200. Very unfair pricing!!Pedro A.

I live in Canada. I had to go to the States to pick it up which cost me a lot of money in fuel! Then, she charged me 510 in US dollars not Canadian dollars. I ended up paying 100-200 dollars more in currency exchanges. She told me that I would have it for 6 days....to find out yesterday that I had to pay an additional 40 dollars for bringing it late. I called the head office, they keep transferring me from one department to another. It is getting ridiculous. I am so disappointed with the poor services they provide. I will never rent from them again! What can you do? Call your customers back. Follow on the complaints. It was not my job to pick up the trailer from the States!!!! When I reserved it, you said that you have it where I was, just to find out later that you had given it to somebody else.MIHAELA I.

We had reserved our u-haul in Grand Forks, ND months ahead a time as we were on a time schedule for San Diego, CA. I called the dealership two days before we were to pick it up and was told it would be ready, the day before we were to leave I received a call from the district manager in Fargo and was told there was no 10ft truck in Grand Forks as reserved but was one in Fargo, ND which is 3 hours from us and thankfully Hallock, MN had one which is 35 miles from our home. My question is what would have happen if we would have gone to pick it up in Grand Forks and it was not there or had not one been in Hallock,. MN.?? It does not give me a very secure feeling to use U-Haul again.JEAN B.

We were told our resevartion would be ready at 9:00 AM. We didn't get to have the truck until noon. We did get the $50 back but things at the sight were just unorganized and poorly managed.KRISTIN O.
