She was late. Said she didn't have my reservation information. Then waited Two weeks to finally run the rental charges through. Gave the other lady a free rental because she was late but, refused to do the same for me

Jolene was a wonderful person to deal with. I am saying she does not need to improve on anything. She is very professional, but also she can make you feel very important. I would rent from her again.

I sent picture when I picked it up. U-Haul stores next to trash dumpster. Overflowing with nasty trash. Stack of 10-15 bed mattresses pulled up next to truck. I will never pick up a uhaul from that location again. They was also suppose to be open at 7am. But either time was wrong with your contract. I called them they didn’t open until 9am.

From beginning to end had a hard time getting in contact with the owner. Had a hard time getting back my deposit and the office was never open. Excuse after Excuse. Truck need an alignment bad.

Reserved a dolly, but truck did not have a dolly...I was still charged for this. Also, I included MORE fuel than when I picked up (I have pics)...I was still charged $43 for fuel. This place is a rat infested dump...not safe to go there. Trash spilling from dumpsters. No one ever picks up the phone. ZERO communication...I will be calling on Penske the next time.

There was either a problem with the uhaul website or poor cell service at the location. I would not recommend doing a mobile pick up. I was also told by people walking nearby that the owner of the location is almost never there.

Having someone who knows what they are doing and if someone rents a uhaul for 24 hours dont tell the person who only had it for an hour to have it back before 7am thr next day cause they forgot they had someone picking it up

This location is OK. My issues is with returning the truck. The location was closed. No problem, but the phone app. would not open. I tried several other times throughout the evening. When it finally did open, I was 45 miles from the location and could not confirm "my location" ( an extra charge if it is not returned to the same place). I tried to go online but making a return is not an option. I called Customer Service and was on hold for 28 min.. I even went to the online Chat, that person NEVER responded ( I closed the window after 1.5 hrs) All I was trying to do was confirm the truck was back & that I would not be charged for an extra day. Over all the truck was clean & ran well. Corporate Customer Service needs some help.

I brought the truck back during business hours. No one was there. I called the number in the door several times and only got a voicemail. So i had to stand outside in a storm checking the truck in by phone taking several pics of the truck. I was completely soaked! There was also a family there who was scheduled to pick up a truck at that time. After sitting there for quite some time they left without their truck. Very unreliable place!!

This entire experience was horrible. U-Haul messed up my reservation several times and when I went to drop off my truck at the correct location and no one was there I called U-Haul and they told me they couldn’t help me. So I found another location myself and then U-Haul tried to charge me a location change fee. Luckily the Uniontown location was open and said they would waive that fee. I hope they actually did.

The check engine light was on and the tire monitoring system needed checked. I would also recommend the trucks to be bone smoking as people are allergic
