The check in was smooth, no problems.
Tina MAt my drop off I went into the gentleman's location to purchase gas. He told me that I did not need to fill it to the original 1/2 tank. I insisted on doing it. I have rented many uhauls and cars in my time to know it must be done. Even after filling my truck to the same position that I got it he charged me and said I did not. I had proof since it was at his location and the same time as my drop off that I purchased gas. Ashley through customer service was very helpful and was able to credit me however I feel as though this location tried to scam me and I wonder how many people don't pay attention to the minor extra charge he puts on their accounts.

Raul SI started this reservation in person at another location that didn't have a rental available at my time needed but recommended this location. They were extremely helpful reserving a van online for me. Once I arrived to pick up the rental, the gentleman waiting on me was very patient & helpful. The process went quick & smooth. The van was awesome - driving like a dream. I returned it the next day and the closeout process was just as great! The same employee took care of me as before. I would like to give him a shoutout! I have found my new home for renting trucks! Thank you!

Jay RWhen I turned the heat on it smelled like marijuana very bad in the truck cab. After having the truck 2 hours the rental place called and asked if I could return it because they had already rented it to someone else that needed it in an hour and said he would give me a discount and when I took it back he did NOT give me a discount and charged me $10 more dollars cash only for gas!!!

James WI was informed the night before my early morning pickup that I would need to drive one hour away to pick up this truck. I had rented a hotel half a mile from the pickup location and as I passed it the next morning I saw numerous tracks of the same size parked in their lot. The location is in a run down industrial area . I tried to communicate with UHaul regarding this and spent 5+ hourss on the phone on hold. No remuneration was offered to me for this extreme and dangerous inconvenience. The facility was filthy. The representative sat behind a thick bullet proof window. It was a frightening experience.

jeery lThey tried to over charge me. Both head lights where out the interior lights didn’t work. When told that the police to us to park and not to drive it do to no lights and glass falling from passengers side mirror they became increasingly angry and started yelling. I would never recommend this location. They have horrible service and equipment!
Dominique CService is quick and efficient. Friendly. The truck was dirty inside and out. Not sure when it was last vacuumed or swept. You know, when you look in a cup holder, that sticky stuff with crumbs on top. I did the Boy Scout thing (not that) and left it cleaner than I found it. Well, I sort of brushed out part of the back with a sheet. That was as much effort as warranted. The hinge that holds the door open was broken, causing the door to jam. I really had to SLAM that sucker. The door hangers were solid. This is my second bad experience with dirty smelly Uhaul trucks. I should make it my last.

kayla sContract said to call when we arrived in town. We tried calling Thurs. am. (Truck was due at 9 am Fri) to see what time would be good to return Thurs. No answer to call so I drove over and as I was waiting female behind counter was talking on her cell phone to a friend while the business phone kept ringing in background. WHEN SHE FINALLY GOT TO US, SHE FIRST SAID WE WERE LATE! Then she said we had to check in on line...We didn't have our phones with us, and she was unable to help. Then a man came in and took over. He had us checked in and on our way in a few minutes. All employees need to know how to check in and out trucks!
Stephen RI had a 10ft truck reserved a day in advance and when I got there on the day they did not have that truck therefore I had to get a bigger truck that I really didn't need and I had to pay extra I don't think that's fair I initially asked for a 10ft truck I shouldn't have to pay for a 15-footer

Karen TFirst off, do not offer products that you do not have. I rented a utility dolly, was charged for a utility dolly, and received a standard dolly. When I asked about it I was told we would just have to eat the 3 additional dollars on the dolly because they wouldnt refund it. Then upon returning the uhaul they told me I needed to put a few bucks in it for gas when it was on a full tank. They didnt even check it. Honestly I'm a little perturbed by it all. And when I received my receipt 4 hours later via email, it states I was charged 10 dollars for mileage yet I was offered .99 a mile and only drove 7 miles. I have pictures of the mileage before and after. Honestly, next time I'll rent from menards or home depot instead. I get it's only a few dollars but it's the principle of the matter now.
