I was charged $15 for insurance i declined. i emailed U-Haul to dispute the charge but haven't heard back yet. It has happened before at this location. Why would I add insurance to my bill after returning a truck I rented for one hour and only drove 3 miles? Shady!!!Susan K.

I paid for a furniture dolly & this was not supplied. This would be my only complaint. Everything else was fineYahna Y.
The van was dirty inside and out, even the interior windows. The van had a oil change required alert on dash, behind that was a windshield washer empty alert, behind that was an alert that I had 2miles worth of gas to empty. When I returned the vehicle to Jonathan & Sons we found out it was sent out to me with the wrong mileage, good thing I took photos when I picked it up! The good folks at Jonathan's & Sons made it rightâ€¦ but generally the entire experience was an unacceptable lapse of expected quality and service!Adam B.

I was hit with fees nearly doubling my rental rate. When confronted the UHAUL location said that UHAUL is in control of the fees. This is a lie and the operators of this location blatantly add fees to increase their profit.Michael W.

The van stunk like cigarettes. Previous passenger left a dirty face mask behind. Many dents and a broken tail light. No windshield washer fluid at all and a filthy windshield. Very Very disappointed.DANAJ B.
I ordered to pickup and it was a mobile pickup only. I had to figure out how to get the lockbox code and was not prepared. Then the code sent was incorrect. Caused a delay in my pickup and plans. I should not be charged so much for the hassle I went throughJohn D.

Horrible experience. U you our franchise locations don't do one way rentals and your site or they do not disclose till when you go and put in dire situation. On top after returning vehicle on opposite side after our move even though we booked one way the agent doubled and is billing $220 instead of original $114 estimate. Less than 50 miles driven and full gas tank returned. Fraudulent franchise partners which Uhaul supports. Filling legal discourse if they don't take care.UPEN K.

a lot of hidden expenses were not informed in advance, and the client was not informed that the rent was due on 3 pm in the afternoon, so when it was returned in the night, and charged again. Anyway, it was estimated to cost $100 below / day, but actually charged $180. so much differences. Bad experiencewang L.

GMC trucks. I apparently dislike. Having to slam the door closed to get it to close properly is just bad workmanship. Also at slow speeds the transmission over revs the engine when you barely put your foot on the gas..Marc S.
Went to pick up trailer. Owner of business said he would hook up the trailer while I did the paperwork in the office. He said I was good to go and I drove home along main roads only to get home to find out that he never hooked up the brake or directional lights. The plug I have on my truck was not compatible with the plug on the trailer. Very upset that I drove over 10 miles with no brake lights or directional lights and that the owner neglected to tell me that the plug was not compatible. Had to go to Autobarn to buy a converter.Colleen H.

I was not provided the moving dolly which I had reserved and paid for in addition to a vehicle. Please review the contract carefully so customers receive the correct items. Staff were approachable, nice and apologetic.Priyanka S.
