The truck is guaranteed to be at your location at the time you reserve, however it was fifteen minutes late. The gentleman in the office was super nice and made us aware the rental was on its way to us. He even called the driver while we were sitting there to find out his ETA. Thank you!

This is not Jonathan's Sto Away's fault as much as it's Uhaul's system. Uhaul had me doing a 1 day 1 way rental on a Saturday. How did they expect me to load, travel and unload a 26' Truck before 2PM? There is no way to drop off a key after hours since the dropbox is behind a closed gate. This location should not be used as a drop off point unless a uHaul renter is going to be there before the location closes at 2PM on a Saturday! Uhaul should have directed me to a closer location to my move AND one that had an accessible drop box for self checkout.

I showed up on time to pick up my rental but the worker was a half hour late so I had to sit outside their gate until they arrived which set me back in my moving plans. Seats were covered in dog hair. They also had a weird fuel tank return amount at 5/8ths of a tank. Honestly no one can properly estimate how to pay for 5/8ths of a tank at a gas pump. No one has ever pulled up to the gas station and said, "let me get 5/8ths on pump 12," right? Very unnecessary. Its like they know how difficult it is to estimate that amount of fuel so most people will just say fill it up, & they use that as a passive aggressive attempt to get people to fill up the tank without explicitly asking them to.

The location was great. The only problem I had was dealing with customer service when returning the vehicle after hours. I could get the online return to work and when I called customer service the people I spoke to had problems figuring out how to complete the return. Again, the location and the office staff when I picked it up was great.

My truck stalled on me when I made my first trip to put things in storage. It would not turn on and I had to take a lyft home. I wasn’t done with the truck and I was charged as if I completed my trips. I am very upset. Now I have to rent another truck and do it all over again.

They gave me a trailer with a dented fender and told me it was listed in contract. It was not so called corp and sent them pictures and they told me everything would be okay. It was but the person at the lot was not truthful to me

actually the trailer I rented had a broken safety chain and was listed as "down for repair"...i needed the trailer so bad that we repaired the trailer in site to make it rentable.

clean the truck. The truck we got was filthy. I swept up a pile of saw dust and dirt, and the blankets stunk of mildew. We rented 36 blankets, but only got 33. The hand truck, dolly and blankets were not ready- we had to ask for them.

What a nightmare trying to get into pickup the trailer, I had a scheduled time and no one was available. I had to reschedule for later that day and still waited for 30 minutes for someone to let me in just to do the paperwork. It took almost an hour to get the trailer. I won’t make that mistake again.

Staff was 30min late showing up to work. Not nice and didn't help much. Is an embarrassment to Uhaul. Will never go there again.

I checked the gas was less than 1/4 tank. I have told very specifically to the lady at the location that gas is less than 1/4 but in sheet you have put it as 1/4. She said that’s fine and bring it less than 1/4 where it is now . Despite of that I am being charged $45 fot it. When I call the location, as per owner I need to call customer service. When I call customer service they say Delaware doesn’t come in their jurisdiction and I need to file a customer complaint for which they transfer to some other customer service . And I am kept on hold for 20 min and no one answers it.

Unreachable by telephone for 2 days Rachon a manager was able to confirm my reservation finally. At locked gate no one answered the buzzer, then called Number on sign and got message "this is a failure to communicate". If not for a woman & child walking around walking on property office would not know I was there. People in office were very nice. Trailer door had rusted latch and moldy smelling blankets in it.

The gate instructions did not work and no one answered when I tried to call even though you were open. Horrible service. Would not recommend.
