They need to answer there phone when customers call and the U-Haul Representative. The gate was locked to get to the front door to pick up the keys for the U-Haul. The U-Haul was disgusting with blunt shavings and ashes. TheU-Haul key drop box was broken This was a horrible experience for me.Tenille W.

I was to pick up my truck about 930-10am & the owner didn't come in until like 20-30 mins later he says he didn't see a confirmation for my order but I didn't believe that bcuz I got confirmation on my end then I couldn't go into the establishment bcuz of the big dogs that I was scared of but he brought the paperwork out for me.. First off, start honoring your reservations!! I â€œreservedâ€ a 15' truck on 12/11 to be used on 12/19. I checked in online to confirm the reservations cause the APP failed several times. I called on Tuesday 12/15 to get an update on status of my truck at location 5 mins From my condo in Chicago and was told I'd be called by Thursday 12/17. However, no one called or answered my email. I finally got a human to find me a truck but not the original size truck and not at original location. It was in Harvey, IL 35 mins south of my home! Since Uhaul is short on out of state equipment, which find hard to believe cause they are a nationwide moving company, I took the truck for 9am pick. When I arrived there was not truck no anyone even at the place working. A truck finally got returned around 9:45 and a gentleman showed up to work and secure the vehicle. We finally headed out around 10:20 to pack my stuff and head to Minneapolis. We planned on it taking around 8 hours but thanks to the carelessness and laziness of several people we returned the truck about 14 hours after we left to get it!! Just an utter waste of time and Money. Oh that reminds me, I was charged for a dolly and blankets that I never received or used but told to call customer service to have removed. I will not be recommending Uhaul to anyone, ever.Sean M.

The gentlemen was not helpful. He gave me the keys to a truck that was not clean. I also had to back the vehicle out of a tight spot in order to take the truck. Also, the truck was not clean. There were boxes and hangers left in the truck. The vehicle was not inspected prior to leaving. Poor service.Tiffany D.

Someone needs to call me ASAP. I was supposed to be refunded 101.28. I spoke to a manager in traffic department. To no avail I received a email stating I was refunded 30.00. As opposed to my 101.28. This is not acceptable being lied to. Call me ASAP 312.424.3224. I also want all the recordings from Jan 28th and the 29th. I made numerous phone calls in regard to this rental. This location was in a shady area of town. The owner was 45 minutes late to the appointment time. I pulled up to a barb wire gate at what looked like an auto wreckage lot. The owner also didn't not have the pads or other accessories I requested.Tyrus B.

I preorder tuck paid in full week in advance. I go to pick up truck. Im waiting an hr and a half because they couldnt refund me 30 dollars because the corporate website over charged me. Had 3 people from uhaul on the phone, and no one could figure it out. I moved 2 hours late because no one knew what they were doingEric J.
Rep did not verify gas mileage. Charged me an additional $60.00 for gas after I replaced gas. When total mileage used were only 9 miles after I paid for a total of 25 miles. Then told me he had just received the truck and didn't verify the mileage used. So now there's nothing he could do. Will NEVER recommend this place of business EVER!Tiffany S.
