I was not able to use the Share 24/7 program, I never had the option, “Pick up my truck”. I had to call for assistance and after 45 minutes got the truck.

Computer down. Took 1 hour to get serviced. Employee was very friendly and apologetic for delay. I was supposed to pick up the truck at a different location but contract picked up by Joshs Used Tires. No one told me. I saw it on a new confirmation sent me. Not a good way to do business.

Tristan was wonderful to deal with. I had delays closing on my house, which resulted in having the truck longer than expected. They were very accommodating and made the overall rental experience very pleasant.

The locations was hard to find and very frustrating trying to figure out where to leave the key. I was not able to get through anybody the next day. I was over charged for the gas. I feel I got "gypped"

My issue is with your customer service department not with the two different locations where the trailer was returned on 8/30 and the truck on 8/31. Have never ever seen such a lack of coordination in my life. Never! If we ever have to rent a truck again, it will not be a U-Haul. Call AMEX & see what real customer service is like.

My overall experience with U-Haul was unrelievedly terrible this time around. I received an email from U-haul on Thursday informing me that my truck was reserved at Storage Max in Round Rock, TX for pick up late Saturday. However, when I arrived to pick up my truck at Storage Max they were closed. I called their number twice and left a message yet no one returned my call. I then called U-Haul reservations, and spoke to Michelle. Se found a truck for me about 30 minutes away from where I was. I had to drive all the way across town to get a truck at the last minute at Josh's Used Tires and Wheels. The staff at Josh's Used Tires were great, and I have no complaints with them at all. The reason I put N/A on the cleanliness question above was due to the fact that the one truck that they had just been received, and I took the truck as is because I needed to get home to start moving, and they were scheduled to close. Also, Michelle in reservations took care of me, and was able to find that 20' truck at the last minute. I appreciate the service Michelle provided, and her efforts to get me in a truck because I was in desperate need once Storage Max let me down. . However, in the future if U-Haul sends out an email stating that a pick up location will have your truck available, that truck should be available, or arrangements should have been made for me. I even selected 24/7 ride share with Mobile pick-up, but to no avail. The truck should have been available. I came within 10 minutes of not having a truck after I was scheduled and confirmed to have one. This would have been very costly for me as I only had the weekend to make my move. Thanks again to Josh's and Michelle for helping fend off a disaster for me.

I’ve already called about this, first it was supposed to be .79 cents a mile. I got charged.99. The uhaul sign was so small we didn’t even know we were at the right place. The truck drove horribly, we didn’t feel comfortable going faster than 30mph down the highway. Honestly I can’t believe this place is up to uhauls standards. I need to rent another one to finish my move on the first, but I’m not sure I will go with uhaul after that experience. The extra time it to driving from one spot to another was crazy. We didn’t get home till 2am.

My pickup location was changed about an hour before pickup. I was sent to a location that was not normally open at my pickup time. If you change location it should meet the already established requirements the customer has requested. I was fortunate that the manager was at work early and took care of everything.

no one was there even though the hours showed they were open for another 15 minutes. Tried to return it to the UHaul storage down the road and was told for some reason we could not drop off trailers there even though they had several in the lot. They were very nice but told me "the city came by and told them they cannot be a drop off point for trailers" Sounds like BS to me.

Place is very rundown and messy trash and parts everywhere; Systems were down when there; gave us a handwritten note could barely read; then charged us for gas even though we overfilled to be safe; have done uhaul very time we moved and never had this horrible of an experience , worst customer service especially lying about the gas, would never recommend ever

Please listen to what your costumers are telling you around when the pick up time actually is it’s really hard to pick something up either you U-Haul booked it for three hours prior to actual pick up time. Especially whenever it is a self check out situation. So I waiting on hold with the 1800 number for 35-45 mins outside in the rain. And also they did not calculate the miles correctly between picking up and then to old address and the new address and the drop off location so I paid an overage for miles that wasn’t calculated into the original cost. The truck engine sounds a little odd as well and the box part was not swept out and the seats had crumbs and debris in them.

Trailer parked near mud, chains and power cable in mud. After paperwork, I was told to get help from the tire shop next door. They pointed out the trailer but did not offer help. I got my hands and clean shorts muddy and also 20 bits from the mosquitoes living in the mud puddle.

This wasn’t the location we reserved our truck from it wasn’t even the closest location. Our reservation was at the Anderson and 620 U-haul. We went to multiple different U-haul locales; each time being told we did not have a reservation. We weren’t met with help in finding it just rudely told they didn’t have our truck and it might be at a different location. It wasn’t until we reached the Josh’s Used Tires and Wheels locale, after driving to every U-haul from the Anderson and 620 location, did we finally manage to find it. Never received an email or phone call that the truck we reserved would be at a different place at a different time than where and when we reserved it to be. And what did we get for 3 hours of our time wasted? A measly $7.59 taken off of our bill. So I will not be using U-haul in the future and will not be recommending it to friends and colleagues until the extremely poor service and system of reserving a moving truck is dealt with properly. At the very least the service we received at the Josh’s Used Tires and Wheels location was well above average.

No problems to report. The first U-Haul place I went to did not have a truck, but they found your U-Haul facility that had a truck, which was very convenient for me. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I would recommend people go to your facility for their U-Haul needs.

The person named Tony Munoz that sent me an email saying they had tried calling me when the truck was late is a lie. I never received any phone calls. And for only being one day late, I think it is uncalled for to immediately begin threatening to report the truck as “stolen off the lot”. I have been late to Pensky before and they were way more accommodating and kind. I will never use U-Haul again and gladly pay a little more for better trucks and more importantly better service. Might I add this is how you are treating military members, so expect me to pass the word on to everyone I know. Thanks for making a difficult time even more stressful.

We were charged $39.00. We were told the truck wasn’t clean( which it was) and we had it full of gas. Which they had us park on a slant and then had the nerve to tell us it wasn’t full. We tried to get to park the truck on flat ground and they just argued with us.

The lights on the 12x6 trailer I rented did not work on the right side at all. It was the only trailer that size in the yard .....I took it anyways.
