My phone was stolen from this third party company I had the police called on me and they didn’t want to give the police permission to watch the video for my phone fucking thiefs. Then uhaul tries to disconnect themselves from the matter saying it has nothing to do with them

Jehovanka StPhorinVehicle was dirty outside and inside. I had not time to wait and needed to get on the road. The interior was filled with food debris in the cup holders and on the floor. The gas tank was 1/4 full which caused additional delays in my departure as I needed to stop for gas just to get going. I ordered a hand truck which was confirmed and they simply said we do not have any. They did not ask for ID or a license even though I offered to show it. Not a good experience at all. Received the check out your vehicle text after I left the yard and was on the road to get gas.

Hector OrellanaMy reservation was supposed to be approved for 11 hours but the pickup location is at a small locally owned dealership therefore we had to return the truck by 7:30pm before he closed the security gate at the location. I wasn’t able to move all of my stuff in that time.

Annalisa RamirezI did not rent a uhaul from there I was at work I received a text message in my phone said that I rent a uhaul when I call the guy said someone gave my phone number all of my information came up and He put it on my name I ask him why He did not ask them for an Id He told me sorry I told him that I needed to talk to a manager he said he was the only one that was there .If you have any question you can contact me 305 684 6678 , and I hope everything is clear if not I will go to court He is not supposed to do that.
sonia edmondThe entrance is the exit in that if a car is exiting you cannot enter with a UHaul because it is small. There’s so much signage from the street that the actual place gets lost in the rest. Once parked there’s no indication as to where to drop off keys, and only once inside and past the front desk do you see the only sign mentioning UHaul. Unfortunately due to some hang ups we were not able to fill the tank to the level we picked it up in but understand that it will be filled at an additional rate which we were more than happy to pay but it was presented in a way that made it seem we should go back on the road to fill it since it “has” to be dropped off at the same level of gas.

DAVID RUGGIERIThis is my second time renting from UHaul, I have to say it was a very poor experience.
David Raylocation should be open when posted. Consider adding a drop box for the keys, so that if you are not open when posted we have a way to drop off the keys. Take the open sign out of the window when you are not open.

JOSE MAUCOthere's was a new guy in charge and he had to call somebody to tell him how to do the paperwork...i had to wait like 25 minutes so he can figure how to do it...the truck was ok at the beginning but on the road to Clearwater a lite was on saying that he need oil change,the truck sound like the transmition was stuck...
