Very friendly staff. Don't panic when you arrive and don't see any U-Haul's on the lot. They go get them for you from another lot. Just go inside and let them know what you're there for.

Fake charges on my card were issued for bullsh1t tickets and tolls incurred by some other customer! I give lowest rating possible! Will NOT recommend U-haul - ever.

This location was great but I had originally reserved a uhaul at Williamson wv for 1pm. I got there about 3:30 pm and the truck wasn't there. Someone else had it rented out. I had to drive over an hour further to ieager to get a truck. It was super inconvenient!!! What's the point of making a reservation if they give your truck away?!
