Only issue is if it's after hours or no one in the office there could be A problem. Location finding was an issue. Yes, my location was on but it wasn't being found. Therefore, not allowing me to pick up via the app. The man in the office was very kind and helpful.

Yong HThe pickup was seemless except for the part where uhaul requires you to enter peoples number that have to pickup the phone from some random number saying they are uhaul. This isn't a location issue. This is a system issue. The location was excellent. The owner had closed for the day but saw me on his camera (I was having website issues w uhaul) and he contacted me and came down to resolve the issue (the two people I have as numbers didn't pick up uhaul so calls). Very pleased w Joy car rental.

Jiyong AI filled up the gas tank full ($125) because it was only 1/8th full when I picked it up, which is super weird. And then I ended up using only less than half, so I have kindly requested a refund for half of the gas but haven't got a reply from Uhaul after repeated follow ups.
Prathamesh PI payed for a utility dolly that was not with the van I got. Is there anyway I could get that money back?

JOANN MThe online check in was a disaster. There was no option to click "Rent my truck" like the instructions said. I needed to call the person who had to rush over to meet me and give me the keys to the vehicle. He basically had to do everything that I did on mobile again and print out a hard copy for me on the spot. I wasn't able to check in when I returned the vehicle either. Also, the address on the reservation was incorrect. It took me to an auto body shop that doesn't rent out UHauls. Luckily the person called me and I realized I was at the wrong place. The whole mobile reservation was very difficult. But everything else about the vehicle itself was great
PAUL LLloyd, the operator, was friendly and very helpful. Will surely recommend his location to anyone looking for a U-Haul.
JOSELITO VUhaul app is super slow and not user friendly. I got to the drop off location at 5:30 and took me 30 min to go thru the self check out process.
Do YThe van was messy and had garbage at the beginning. When I marked that it should be cleaned a charge was added for me even though it was dirty when I picked up the van.
Matthew RCargo van was booked at the same time as someone else. Two of us were able to receive confirmations for the booking. How is it that this was possible? I feel extremely bad for the gentleman that was also involved.

Michael JThe pickup experience was horrible due to the app. I didn't know that I had to be there within an hour of the pickup time so I was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. I canceled the old reservation and then made a new reservations. Then the app showed the vehicle as picked up when I had not received the keys or taken pictures of it yet because the app crashed.. I had to get a local 973 number from the online chat for them to give me the code to the key box. The whole process took over an hour.
Christian RJoy Car Rental LLC was great. Efficient, available for assistance, and delivered exactly as promised. UHaul however was a total nightmare. They changed my reservation multiple times, were not upfront about services offered and made the process extremely inconvenient for me. I will not be using them again.

JOHN FMy only problem with the vehicle is the adjustment of the mirror I wasn't able to view the traffic from my right mirror which almost cost me to have an accident. I kept finding myself stopping to adjust them. Also my issue is with the location. The area is too dark for someone who is travelling alone.
