I did not choose this location, it was 15 miles farther than the one I selected for pick up which resulting in Uhaul charging me an extra fee for going over the allotted mileage even though it was completely their fault.BENJAMIN G.

Today is the only time I have been to this location.Dealt with two friendly guys they couldn't have made it any easier or faster,took me less than 10 minutes to drop the trailler. Had no problems at all,will definetely go to this location when needing to rent a trailer,since I have just moved to this area.JIMMIE S.

Overall great experience renting from this location. Truck wasn't swept but that's a relatively minor detail. Most importantly, I had no issues with the truck on the 900 mile drive!JOSE F.
Dolly's should come with the Uhaul it's ridiculous you have to pay extra for one. For one day of rental plus dolly and 30 miles cost me $100 and they didn't have the 15 foot truck so I had to get a 20 foot truck they should have changed me for the 15 foot truck. Make sure to get a gas receipt befire returning your rental and check the gas level. Was told that we were at empty when in fact we were above what was required. When we showed proof of the gas purchase we were told "Oh yeah, you are right. My guy looked at the gauge wrong".beverly H.

The manager, Seth, was outstanding in his customer service and did everything he could to make me feel as though I was his most important customer of the day! Truck had a loose headlight assembly and a fuel return line fitting missing from the top of the fuel tank, causing fuel leakage and a severe fire safety hazard. I do not fault the personnel at the pick up location, as both items were extremely difficult to see from a quick walk around inspection of the truck.Wayne P.
Jon was very helpful with hooking up the trailer to the hitch. Too bad he didn't have a hitch that I could have bought. Instead of driving to another location. Same with the boxes. It's ridiculous that I have to go to another uhaul place to pick up the boxes and hitch that I bought online.Christopher L.

The truck was rented to me with a faulty fuel pump. The gentleman at Richard's Printery said he was told by the tech that the truck was ok even though the engine light was on. After nearly getting killed on the highway the mechanic at the Uhaul contracted service center in Elizabethtown, KY (DJ Auto & Wrecker) was able to determine the bad fuel pump in moments. When he called Uhaul they told him that they already new the fuel pump was bad and to replace it. Uhaul knowingly put my life in danger. I consider this negligence and unacceptable.HARRY J.

Please make sure the person renting the truck is well informed on the standard rental rules of u-haul. Due to lack of knowledge, I was unable to obtain a rental truck and had to use another company.LINDA C.
make key night drop more visible - looked for 5 minutes to find it and it was right near the front door unlabeled. I wondered it that was even the night key drop? I suppose since I was not arrested for theft or charged for extra days that it was, in fact, the drop off. Other wise, Thanks gchGREGORY H.
