At the reserved drop off location we found a hand written note to take the truck to a different uhaul, with address provided. Phone is disconnected. Second location 8.8miles additional, was rude when they called about the keys. When I tried to call back, I got answering machine that said for immediate help call the flower shop. Flower shop is closed for another 6 hours. Just got my invoice- charge tacked on for additional miles... 7.1 miles so I was under before getting rerouted. What a pain after a long day. Good thing we hadn't left our vehicle in Lakeville right? Next time? Penske

because of the thoughtfulness of the owner Julie. She put customer service first Inwasn't happy to have to drive 60 miles round trip to get truck, but she accommodated me in every way.

Julie was nice and helpful. I asked her to compare if dropping off there or Hornell would be better which took a little extra time. In the long run, I opted for Hornell, which was about $25 more, to make it easier for my son. All around good experience.

Called got both numbers provided by Uhaul. When called got voice messages and never returned our calls. Saw website and said “Closed” at 1:00. We got down there around 12:37. Julies Florist or something like that. Door was locked and a sign said “will return at 1:00”. We waited. Then called number again. This time voice mail said “out making deliveries “. So, we dropped off our trailer and decided to do online. Took forever due to area we were in did not have good speed. Anyway, we finally filled return online and took several pictures. I am sure the owner of the florist is nice and we are not rating her as she was not there. What was poor was the communication with this place.

Person on site was not able to show me how to use tow dolly, which I had never used. She gave me a booklet and I sweat in the hot sun reading the instructions on how to get my car connected, while my movers waited on the clock for me. And she didn't wear a mask! I came from city to far out in the country and was extra careful but she did not seem to care.

The transaction and rental process was genuinely hassle-free. I had an issue with my move date due to heavy amounts of rain. The U-Haul customer service I received went above and beyond what I expected. In then end, an anxiety inducing day was a little bit easier because of U-Haul. Thank everyone involved very much.

Help location 's Internet connection/speed. Julies Floral was well versed on rental policies and explained everything required for the rental, also the truck and equipment were ready to go.

When I returned the vehicle I was told that the fuel leve was not as it was when I picked it up. I drove up to Rochester and back and put $20 of gas in it and I saw the fuel gauge was as it was when I drove off the lot, so I had to pay over $4 a gallon for maybe 3 gallons- which in the big picture is pretty picky and poor customer service imo.

Unfuck the idiotic non-reservation system and not change the deal less than 24 hours before the pick up. What absolute moron decided to keep this planning system in place? It's absolutely ridiculous that the company can't manage proper provisioning of equipment.

I rented a Cargo Van, I was driving west to east first, then returning from east to west. A vehicle will always get better mileage going west to east, as opposed to east to west because airflow is almost always west to east, but the van took much more gas going east than the return west trip, this tells me although the gauge said the van was close to full, it was not! Everytime I rent from any major rental company this is the case, they get you for an extra $7-$12, I don't like this!!!

I wish I had just gone in to the shop to do the online process as the reception is low and it took awhile. The owner of the shop was helpful and let me know next time come in and she would do it over her internet connection.

I would never rent from UHaul when I had to do an "on line" pick up for the vehicle due to the UHaul location being closed. It took 15-25 minutes picking up and dropping the truck off to complete the process/steps to get the truck. We did everything that we were supposed to do but they kept rejecting the photos, asking for the same information multiple times. It was just a very frustrating process. No issues with the truck, just the pick up and drop off is not Customer friendly. Thank YOu

The lady was not there during our reservation time. We finally reached her by phone and had to wait over 1/2 Hour for her to show up and her shoo so we could get our uhaul rental. She did apologize because she was out on flower deliveries bit it you have a customer coming in for a reservation then someone should be there.

Was a disaster from pick up to after drop off. Took 45 minutes to do the online as cell reception at location was awful. Was given the wrong code to get in the lockbox. Overcharged by 200 miles originally and Julie was very rude when I told her we dropped it off at another location per our original agreement. I will never be unsung this company again and have also referred it to the better business bureau

Using the app was absolutely terrible and I will never use it or advise someone to use it again. Halfway through the Checkout process it stated that I could not rent the vehicle and had to wait for the rental service to open. Once I waited the lady who owned the service was nice, polite and extremely helpful. She straightened everything out and I didn't have to waste all of my rental time

always seem to have problems acknowledging the reservation. I tried to checkin early and it was very cumbersome and long. So I exited out and just did when in I git to Julies. And she had to basically do what I had already entered when I reserved. ' But overall no problems

Julie was very professional and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and I would definitely reccomend her location to a friend. We plan on going back to her in a couple of weeks to rent again for another family member.

The check engine light came on right away and did not go off the entire trip, so we did not know if something was actually wrong and there was nobody to get in touch with to let them know since the shop is actually close on Sunday. There is also not much else open on a Sunday night so getting gas to refuel is way out of the way to get the truck back refueled. Costomer service there is always very good there, friendly and efficient.
