Uhaul sent me 45 minutes away to this location and I didn't know this until day of pickup. When I got there, it took an hour to get me the trailer because of billing. Owner tried uhaul/traffic who couldn't fix the problem so she canceled and served me as walk-in. Once I left I got a flat tire and because she inputted my information wrong uhaul/help was no help. I had to pay for a tire plug out of pocket.KEVIN L.

Through no fault of the pick up site the experience was horrible due to the uhaul site crashing. I had to complete the steps twice before it timed me out. We spent over an hour and a half on the phone with various people from uhaul before agent Justin was able to get us going.Eric B.

truck needs a universal joint, front end work truck was all over the road, back door hardly opens and i hurt my back trying to open it. radio goes on and off when trying to use it. window has a chip in it.DAVIDB P.

Ask the customer before charging them extra amount of days where they've already requested for extra days to keep the truck & all the correspondence should be available to be read as a reference in case you need them which is all gone now & there is no way to cancel the free storage online it's just verbal which has no value as per CSRALI M.

At the reserved drop off location we found a hand written note to take the truck to a different uhaul, with address provided. Phone is disconnected. Second location 8.8miles additional, was rude when they called about the keys. When I tried to call back, I got answering machine that said for immediate help call the flower shop. Flower shop is closed for another 6 hours. Just got my invoice- charge tacked on for additional miles... 7.1 miles so I was under before getting rerouted. What a pain after a long day. Good thing we hadn't left our vehicle in Lakeville right? Next time? PenskeShelia J.

Called got both numbers provided by Uhaul. When called got voice messages and never returned our calls. Saw website and said â€œClosedâ€ at 1:00. We got down there around 12:37. Julies Florist or something like that. Door was locked and a sign said â€œwill return at 1:00â€. We waited. Then called number again. This time voice mail said â€œout making deliveries â€œ. So, we dropped off our trailer and decided to do online. Took forever due to area we were in did not have good speed. Anyway, we finally filled return online and took several pictures. I am sure the owner of the florist is nice and we are not rating her as she was not there. What was poor was the communication with this place.David C.

Person on site was not able to show me how to use tow dolly, which I had never used. She gave me a booklet and I sweat in the hot sun reading the instructions on how to get my car connected, while my movers waited on the clock for me. And she didn't wear a mask! I came from city to far out in the country and was extra careful but she did not seem to care.John B.
The transaction and rental process was genuinely hassle-free. I had an issue with my move date due to heavy amounts of rain. The U-Haul customer service I received went above and beyond what I expected. In then end, an anxiety inducing day was a little bit easier because of U-Haul. When I returned the vehicle I was told that the fuel leve was not as it was when I picked it up. I drove up to Rochester and back and put $20 of gas in it and I saw the fuel gauge was as it was when I drove off the lot, so I had to pay over $4 a gallon for maybe 3 gallons- which in the big picture is pretty picky and poor customer service imo.Nelson J.

I rented a Cargo Van, I was driving west to east first, then returning from east to west. A vehicle will always get better mileage going west to east, as opposed to east to west because airflow is almost always west to east, but the van took much more gas going east than the return west trip, this tells me although the gauge said the van was close to full, it was not! Everytime I rent from any major rental company this is the case, they get you for an extra $7-$12, I don't like this!!!Lon K.
