It sucked I had to drive from saint cloud to buffalo to pick up a truck at 1 and it didn't arrive until 3. But it's not the locations fault it's the people that didn't return it on time.Summer S.
The Truck was a fithy mess and also it wasn't the location that I should have been to the Uhaul in St Paul on they put in the wrong dates so I had to drive to Buffalo MN instead of St Paul and add 3 hours to my moving day this is the second time in a month Uhaul has screwed up I'm very angry and disappointedBRIAN L.

Buffalo location opens at 10:00, website gives the option of picking up earlier via website on cell phone. I went thru the process, was told I could do the pickup at 9:00. Truck wasn't ready that morning and I was told I would have to wait until 10:00 when a employee showed up.John S.

I rented the truck, used 36 miles, and returned it within 2 hours. I did add on the extra insurance so my total was $89. I wish that Uhaul would have offered a discount to me for returning it so fast. My quick return enabled you to rent it out right away the same day to someone else, and i just think it would be the right thing for you to have given me a large discount for doing so. My entire experience was ridiculously horrible. The best part was friendliness of location. Coorporate Customer Service has been horrible. Your system is horrible. The cab and the truck bed were full of mud. I mentioned it to the gentleman behind the desk when I brought the truck back and he just grunted at me. No one asked how the move went or how the truck wasJonathan S.
The truck was dirty in the cup holders and in the back it was not swept. The employees were rude and I keep getting charged on my card extra when I only approved $96. I only received an invoice for $96 yet small fees keep showing up on my card. I will be disputing them and never recommend this location to anyone else.Nadine Z.

Took one hour to check out... First person didn't know what they were doing because they were new and didn't want to bother the other person to ask them questions, so at least three people who came after me were helped before me while I stood there. The second person could not get computer going to secure reservation and had to call uhaul. Had to redo entire reservation over the phone... Had already done express check in and still had to do it over at least two times... It was ridiculous...never in my life have I seen such incompetency.Jodi M.

My experience was horrible from beginning to end. The staff was extremely unprofessional, my truck wasn't available at my reservation time so I was told to just wait. Finally I was given a different truck that was dirty. Finally at the end of the reservation I required road side assistance and waited on hold for 45 minutes with no answer before I gave up and called a different company. I will never return to this location and will likely never use uhaul after this experience.Jared I.

I had to drive 45 miles to pick up the truck and trailer. The people working at the hardware store had no idea what they were doing. I wasn't sure if I had completed the check out procedure or not and I had to locate the trailer using the contract. I was over charged. Never Again.Ross P.
I was running an hour late to pick up the truck, a uhaul care rep called me and was snotty and said I assume your not picking it up and want to cancel? I said no just running late, she put me on hold and said we need to find you another truck, I asked why I still want it I'm just waiting till my wife gets home, she said the truck isn't there. Well I said I'm glad I'm running late then what would have happened if I drove the 30 mins to pick it up? Silence. She was rude to me for no reason when really I would have wasted my time over an hour to show up with no truck. She then found me a bigger truck nearby and I said I don't need a bigger truck is it the same price and she said yes . When I went to pick up the other truck the lady didn't know how to process it in the system and it was $189! When my other truck was $39 I had to call uhaul again and have them try to fix it and match the price the lady had to wait for two supervisors who never came over , I had a second phone and called the other first place and said call me if that truck shows up. While I was on hold for an hour the other truck now theee hours late shows up. I had to have them cancel everything drive an hour now cause I was more west to pick up this bigger truck and get my original deal it was a freaking mess. I get that it's no ones fault cause that first customer was three hours late but one why didn't anyone call me to let me know it wasn't ready, two when they did call she was rude and didn't know the status of the truck and three why wasn't the price matched like I was told. Overall I'll be really careful next time I use uhaul . I was also emailed instructions for both trucks to use the app to pick it up and neither place would allow thatTravis C.
