Truck had less gas that was marked on the paper work when I ask to be readjusted the employee didn't know how . Never got a paper contract .she. couldn't print

This was a weird drop off location, and the questions are hard to answer. I did like that it was a 24hr drop off location, because that worked well for me. I had to drop my car of the hauler and leave it in what seemed like a "less that desirable" part of town with no security, so that is why I said it was not clean and inviting. That said, everything worked out and the convenience factor was more important than the surroundings.

I reserved a U-HAUL a month in advance, but upon arriving to the original location for pick up, I was told that there was not a truck for me. After MANY phone calls to locate a truck available for rental, I was not able to pick up a vehicle until THREE hours after my initial reservation time. This caused me to be late to an event that I had reserved the U-HAUL for, after having reserved it so far in advance. The U-HAUL itself seemed to be well maintained other than one of the headlights being out.

1. These are horrible ways to review a company based on the location of where it is. 2. You application is horrible. 3. Your online check in process is far below average. 4. You need to get a new app dev. team.

The computer wasn’t working properly I didn’t get a copy of the rental agreement I was t on of it was 3/8 tank of so that is what I put back in the tank but when I returned the truck to another property I was charged an additional charge of 26.60

2nd time uhaul rented me a piece of junk. Really old 26 foot truck that had dangerous steering play in the wheel while driving! This time from Duncanville Texas and the time before in Mansfield Texas. I will not be renting trucks from uhaul in the future! My company doesn’t need the added danger from your equipment with the way other drivers are behaving these days!

The location was fine and the people were great. But very frustrating when Uhaul the company allows you to order moving accessories such as furniture pads online and come to find out the location doesn’t have any. Or in my case only 12. When your planning a move so my disappointment is Uhaul not having a grasp on their partner locations inventory. Moving is stressful and not getting what you planned and ordered for makes it that much worse. They had plenty of time from order to get more (rental) furniture pads to the location.

I had to ask a customer to help me and the associate put the trailer hitch onto my truck. Then when I dropped it off, I had to take it off by myself. Very unsafe, especially after having major back surgery 5 months ago. Not happy at all with the service Uhaul provided for this rental.

The location does not offer parking onsite. There was no notification of this anywhere. It complicated an already stressful situation and it prolonged my day.

We received outstanding help and service from Justin Moving U-Haul! I never knew this place was tucked away right here in DeSoto, Texas, but it was a joy to find them right in the nick of time after our original truck from another company fell thru at the last minute! Fast courteous service, we will certainly use them again. Thank you 😊

The rental center gave us a auto trailer that did not fit our Tahoe although entering the make and model of the car said our Tahoe would fit. We returned the trailer but UHaul states they can't find it. We had to park the Tahoe and drive 4 hours to unload and then drive an additional 4 hours BACK to go get our Tahoe. It was a waste of 8 hours and no one at UHual seems to care. No refunds or apologies given. I usually don't complain but this one needs to be noted.
