The location has customers pick up the trucks at a different site 1.5 Kms from the check in site. Also, I paid $100 more at this location than I did the week before at another location 5 kms away. I rented a smaller truck this time than I did the week before and for the EXACT same amount of time. I was surprised at the price difference!! I didn't bother to check as they both stated $19.95/day. This location however charged 89 cents a km whereas the other location have some free kilometres. So my move a week later, two different haul dealers in the same city, cost $100 more. I was told the truck was low on gas at 1/8 of a tank but it was literally on empty. There was trash and broken glass in the cab of the truck. None of the blankets or dolly I had ordered were available. There was no windshield washer fluid. The radio didn't work, and even the horn didn't work. My experience was terrible, I was treated poorly by the two men who I spoke with. One was the manager. An absolute fuck around to get a damn trailer. These guys start work at 9 am on a Friday lol the employee I dealt with had no clue what he was doing or talking about. I would stay away from this locationtaylor R.
The truck was not cleaned out before use, especially during covid I would not recommend this location to anyone. I had to drop the vehicle off down the road with no information of that because the worker didn't want to drive it themselves. There were old contracts in the vehicle and garbage when I got into the vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone period.Michael L.

I thought i could collect with my phone. Had to go in, get keys, and drive down the road to collect the van. Same on the way back. Also gas wasn't filled so made it hard to determine how much gas to add at the end. And warning lights were on on the van.Nicole M.

So disapointed experience. I booked a truck but when I reached the place, the address was not the one shown in the website. Then, a person in this "wrong place" gave me the directions. However, when I arrived in the "right place" nobody was there. So, took me couple minutes until the responsbile showed up. I will not recommend this company for whom be interested.Jose R.

Had to go to 3 separate locations to complete this process; 1-the address on the reservation which sent me to 2-a car wash station to pick up the key and go through the rental paperwork then they sent me to 3-the hotel parking lot where they store (some) of their units. I had a bad experience with calling the number provided by uhaul for this location. When I called to ask information he was extremely rude to me and hung up on me. I filed an official complaint with uhaul regarding this. We had a hard time understanding where to go and had to go to three different locations to find the vehicle. I also am not impressed with the reserving process. It made it seem as though the location and time of pick up was in my control but came to find when I got a phone call confirming my reservation it was nowhere near my home and not the desired pick up time. I feel you need to do better with this part and only allow people to choose from options that are available in real time.Benjamin P.

The app did not work for uploading pictures. It took a whole hour to get approved after I used the website pick up option. The instructions for the ignition key said a black box with a code which wasn't the case. There was somebody parked there who had the key which I had no idea initially he was a Uhaul employee. The box was also on the other side of the parking lot and not marked at all with any sort of directions from where the truck was parked. The gentleman there did however show me where the box was. Other than the bit of hassle picking up and the app not working everything else was good.Dustin S.

When I made my reservation for the truck and tow dolly, I was told they would be able to be picked up at one location. After waiting 45min in line to pick up my truck and dolly I was told I would have to go to another location to pick up the dolly as theirs was still broken and had been broken for a long time. I was all alone with no one to help me so I had to drive with a full load to pick up the dolly at a different location. Only to then have to drive back to the original Uhaul to pick up my car and put it on the dolly. Because of Uhauls negligence it cost me 3 extra hours in an already exhausting few days moving. When I got to the second place to pick up the tow dolly the manager said they weren't qualified to load my car for me. So I had to go back to the original location to get my car put on the dolly properly. Very disappointed in Uhaul!!kim M.

I never got a furniture dolly and I paid for it. The personal at K mini mart does have a clue about customer service. They do not provide the complete information. If you call to inquire something, they provide incomplete info. And hang up the phone. Personal is very rude.Lakshman S.

This location was harder to navigate it is not open on the day I scheduled pick up which is fine I did the mobile pick up and was able to locate the unit fine. The lock box location was not disclosed I managed to find it in behind the hotel the units were parked at and the wait time when I was trying to call for help was 71 minutes. My only suggestion would be to give more detail, units were in different location from the site address and lock box was randomly placed between the two. The location rating is purely based on the fact that there was no indication as to where anything was.Kacie R.

I had no issues at this location. My problem was I had rented a uhaul at a location closer to my home and that location forgot to place keys in the box for pickup which made me have to call customer service and be redirected to a location farther away.Clayton J.
We were notified to pick up our vehicle at a certain location through the truck share option and yet the vehicle was actually at a location down the road. This location says it's open at 9 on the uhaul site, but is actually open at 9:30. Plus there was no one there at even 9:30. There were about 8 groups of people waiting this morning. Most of us (or maybe all of us) had done the online checkin. It was a complete waste of time. I didn't get the dolly I had reserved, there weren't enough and the other people there needed their dolly reservations more. I was charged for the dolly anyway, though I did get the $50 reservation guarantee credit. Then, to top it all off, there was no one there when I went to return the truck at about 1:10 PM. The owner of the business was not present when we arrived to pick up the truck, we were calling him and leaving voice messages without getting any answers; finally he showed up but by the time he did it and processed our paperwork, it was already 2:20 pm so this was not okay for us since we booked the rental from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The system was awful, since I booked my U-haul at 107 st. But when I went there, the receptionist told me there was no information about my reservation on the system and after some arguments and calls, I'm told that my pick up place is changed to Airport Rd, why? I don't know, It was wasting time for me and the worst case was that the guy at the second location didn't treat me well, no sorry, no apology, and nothing else! , just too strict and said I had to return the truck at time, otherwise I would be charged for two days! The. cab was dirty coffee cups laying all over the cab I had to clean up the garbage just to use it. Then when I dropped it off I was charged because it was dirty. The worse part is when I picked it saw was dirty had no choice because I needed the truck but then to have to pay extra at the end. I feel like it was a set up to scam me out of money.Dale B.

I payed for a dolly but never got it. Me and my girlfriend had to lift all of our stuff. This was very inconvenient and cost us a lot of time. I hope there as something that can be done to compensate for that. Best, DennyDenny G.
The truck leaked, the furniture got wet the truck had no ramp I asked for 48 hrs when I booked online it said it was ok, and did not get 48hrs when I went and picked it up they said they had over booked. When all said and done I can rent from other places for a lot cheaper example driving force and get everything I need for the entire weekendOscar V.

Inside of windshield was dirty, hard to see clearly for driving. Location was not staffed during business hours so I couldn't get help with the return check-in and was stuck with the app. Parking area where I picked up and returned the truck was blocked off for some kind of test. Had to move barricades to park truck safely. No decent spot available in operator's business lot. No answer on any of the operator's phones during business hours and mailbox was full. Uhaul app is very robust but setup on individual smart phone was a challenge for me and required the assistance of a competent U-Haul customer service rep. Understandably , self check-in took a long time. Not so understandable was the return check-in which should have been assisted by an operator rep but took much longer because had to be done through the app with some help. I would have rated the location as poor but the equipment itself was fine. One more thing: I don't like estimating how much fuel to purchase to return the vehicle with the same fuel level when it isn't full to begin with. Most car rentals require a full tank which is much easier to do.Steven B.
