When I called to ask where they were located I was told to go to the website and find out for myself. There is NO SIGN in front of their store. There is NOTHING telling you are at a U-Haul drop off location. They wanted to keep my copies of my rental documents. I will NEVER use these guys again.

there seemed to be a lot of confusion when I returned the vehicle. I only put about 44 miles, but the mileage was listed higher (pick up) then it did drop off. After receiving an email saying that I had an outstanding vehicle, it was noted that Uhaul had me returning it to Hillsboro, when my request was same place as pickup. After calling, it was all straightened out
