Tammy CMake sure lights are working before customer leaves the lot. My plug adapter was defective and I did not know it. I was fortunately able to replace the adapter at a U-Haul store during my trip.

tracy pWhile I listed that the equipment was in good shape, that technically is not true. I don't want the location receiving bad marks because of the U-Haul truck they received. The truck was very hard to drive at higher speeds. The brakes were very soft. The steering was very loose. Once the truck reached higher speeds of around 55 mph, the truck was actually hard to control.

Dwayne KKB Motors helped me out a bunch when I went to rent this Uhaul. I had reserved a Uhaul but when they called to let me know where I could pick it up from, by the time that I went to pick it up and got back to the location that I would be loading it at I would have been over the mileage that was allowed on the contract and I still had almost 100 miles to go to the point of where it would be unloaded. KB motors was able to get me a truck that was at there location that was on 2 miles away from where I was loading, so there was still miles left on the contract when we left to go to the unloading location. Highly recommend KB Motors as a Uhaul dealer..
raymond bThe only issue we encountered was the owner of the clearfield location did not take a picture before I left with the trailer hooked up. It made an inconvenience on my part to have to hook everything back up when I received two difference calls from a Uhaul representative requesting it. I was extremely busy with setting up for my wedding. The last think I was worried about was a uhaul policy that should have been taken care of by the clearfield uhaul location. An easy mistake can cause a lot of headaches on the customer.

WILLIAM BStop stacking rental for less 24 hours. Price is to high I had a 15' truck drove 55 miles for over $120.00 way over priced and on top of that had the truck back in 5 hours.
David YHave one set price, include gas in the total price! I picked up a washer and dryer in State College, Pennsylvania from Clearfield PA, and had to rent a 15' uhaul and pay almost $160! JUST BECAUSE I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO A TRUCK! And there was no other equipment available apparently. Never again will I use uhaul, and I will spread the word around to anyone that I can!
