I was not given a paper contract for in the truck, while I rented the truck. I was never given any kind of receipt, for the amount of the actual charge or what the amount of the Hold on my card would be and when it is released? WHY??
Lisa CaruanaParking lot too small to accommodate customers. Simply not enough room. Accident waiting to happen when you have inexperienced drivers on a parking lot which is way too small. Plus closed on Saturdays at 12pm?

Heather ReedyThere actual gasoline in the truck was about 8-10 gallons less than the owner/agent listed on the contract. Obviously I ended up footing the bill when I filled the truck up. I'll pay double to use Penske for all future needs.

thomas bosleyIf you have a sign that clearly states, all customers must wear a mask, then they should enforce the policy. None of the employees or customers were wearing a mask. I will choose a different location next time but the lady was friendly.

Tracey WhitmanThe parking was packed and I had to do some tight maneuvers to get the truck in there. The employees didn't even know where all of the cars were that were blocking me. They just said to go outside and park in a spot that was blocked off by another car.
Wesley Pearce RinehartI had scheduled a time to pick up my U-Haul ahead of time on the web site. I received an email saying it was ready to be picked up at the scheduled time. When I arrived, the door to the business said they were out and to call a number, which was odd, but staff was present. They didn't have their tablet charged and didn't seem to know how to use it. I did not take a photo of my diver's license because it said it could be done at pick up. They couldn't figure out how to do it and had me go on my phone to do it, and told me I should have done it myself before. It wasn't a very friendly experience. They didn't tell me anything about the truck, just gave me the keys and said it was outside.

Privacy Request | First ImpressionsI can`t move in some items bc I can`t use a handtruck on the icy path. I recommend to look at the unit FIRST, to make sure they can get their stuff moved in, bc the path is narrow on a grade.
