Truck had a flat front tire and also dolly and carpet pads I reserved were not available.

Pam HA couple things. First, I wanted the 4x8 trailer but was told that it had a hold and she would check to see if it was ok to rent. Took down my number and promised to call back. After three hours, no reply, so I rented the only other trailer, a 6x12. The check out process was not bad, but did have to hook up, inspect and do all the light check out by myself. Again, not a huge deal, but usually there is someone to help you get the trailer hitched up and help with the light check. The 6x12 was way bigger than I needed, so I ended up having to drive 350 miles with a much larger trailer because the U-Haul dealer could not figure out if I could rent the 4x8 that looked in good condition but had a hold in the system.
Reginald FI was sent to a separate lot around the block by myself to pick up the truck and hook up the trailer myself and return to the office. The cab of the truck had trash scattered in it which I was told was normal. I cleaned the trash out myself. They did sweep out the bed after I complained about the condition it was in. I will never use or recommend this this location.
William WThe truck was filthy, inside and out. Bugs all over windshield and there was no washer fluid. One of the tires had 17lbs of air pressure. Vehicle was damaged in several places. I texted photos to Hilary at K&D but haven't heard back.

Scott SThe staff did not assist with hooking up the trailer. They were nice, but I would not have chosen this location if I’d known I was expected to pick up a 250 pound tongue to hitch to the truck.
Kara HSince I resrved / rented this trailer I have gotten 2 spam text, which is very abnormal for me and Id attribute that to this rental. One was Regions and one was Amazon, neither of which I have an account with. Either ya'll selling my number or you have been hacked

SAM SThey only rent equipment and would not provide extra service or hooking up trailers to customers unless you let them know that they need to . I was very dissatisfied. You have to fight tooth and nails for service to happen. Not a good place to rent a U-Haul equipment. They need to improve as a U-Haul equipment provider...

THOMAS BNot really the location just the uhaul company itself. Poor Customer service all around on phone side. Employees are not empowered to make decisions and company is difficult to work with and does not stand behind its service nor is it willing to make right the difficulty caused by the employees or the company policies to the customers.
Juana MUhaul in general is a poorly run business. I had to cancel 2 reservations because the equipment was not available at the location needed. And uhaul does not have a good system of suggesting alternative sites. Every site recommended was further away from the intended location. Customer service is poor. I waited on hold for over an hour and a half during my two calls to get anything done. I will not rent from uhaul again if I can help it.

Raeisha PI was was over about $5.00 in miles. U-haul charges me. I put $12.00 to much gas in rental truck. Fuel gauge slow to show real level. Did they give me that credit. NO of course not. Just like most big time companies. Everything in their favor is fair. Not so much for the customer. All about the bottom line guys.

DeAnta LHad to drive 1 hour to pick up truck and did not get any notification or email about pick up change. Reserved truck and dolly 3 weeks ahead and did not have truck or dolly at pick up location. Marion location gave wrong info regarding drop off time and over charged for insurance. Terrible and stressful experience.

REDDICK RWhen we checked in the gas needle and the odometer Was incorect it was not reading were they said it was reading when we got readyto check it out into the Drop off Location and they want to charge us for there mistake
Norman Cafter U-Haul changed my pick up location three different times, the day before I was supposed to pick up my truck they called and told me that the nearest one would be an hour and a half drive from where I originally wanted to pick up my U-Haul. Not only that but the customer service lady in Huntsville, I think her name was Tessa or Teresa, was so incredibly unpleasant I could hardly believe she was in customer service as her job. The truck was clean, which was great, but my experience with U-Haul was not fantastic
