This uhaul location is void of any customer services... no one answered my calls weren't answered and my voice mails got no response My 20' rental truck was left parked near the front entrance of this location on the return date stated on my contract but it took them 7 days to locate it now they are saying it wasn't there and they have changed our bank account for 7 days rental plus insurance And it was there the whole time??!!

William SaxonPlease make aware that truck location is not same location as described. It would have saved me 2 hours and an anxiety attack if I was told prior. I was hung up on 3 times on the phone for almost 2 hours before I was notified of this. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!
Helen ValentineThe truck we got had issues when driving, also we ordered a dolly but no one ever said anything about it they just told us our keys would be in the lock box. We tried to go back and find out but everyone had left.

Steven Mix4 people on the floor and we were told to drive our trailer into an abandoned lot and drop it off. When we asked for assistance disconnecting it they told us no and that if we HAD To have help, she would charge us . We dropped off trailer on a grass lot (3 blocks away) with no turn around or drive thru for us to conveniently maneuver the trailer - and we had no help offloading said trailer. She checked us all in and THEN we drove the trailer another 3 blocks to drop off. This seems like not the best way to recover and ensure longevity of equipment. Customer service was garbage.

Steven MixI booked a one way trip, and was only allotted the exact miles it takes to go from the pickup Uhaul station to the drop-off UHaul station. So the mileage to drive to and from my new house cost extra $. This should be factored in.

Trudy MorganI was told that I would have to pay for damage to a wheel that I did not do even though I had taken the insurance. I did not do any damage to this truck and I would not have paid for something that I did not do. I will not rent from uhaul again
DEREK HUDSONThe entire staff was helpful and friendly. They were willing to work with us when we were unsure of a move in date for my daughter (in which we rented the trailer). It was no trouble extending my rental. The only flaw was when I had to look over the trailer upon receiving it. The pictures that showed were of the wrong side of the trailer. For instance the driver side picture was actually the passenger side image. Overall, a good experience during a hectic time.
ANGIE KILEYIt was like 3 AM. So, no humans in site, or in the town. Buuuuuut, I was able to park comfortably and the drop box for the keys was very convenient.
JAMES TURLEYthe problem with this rental agreement with U Hall is that I selected a location in Birmingham 2 months prior to the rental and 2 days before picking up the rental eye was sent 25 miles north of Birmingham to pick up the truck without U Hall offering additional miles
BARRIE LOWMANThe location was a bit dirty. Once we got started with check in it was fine. Most necessary info was given. The truck ran well for going 9-10 hrs. No issues with anything.

Sharon MosleyThe staff was helpful, but the inside of the truck was filthy, smelled like a wet dog, had dog hair all over passenger side and center seats. Red mud all over seats. Inside of truck didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while.

carolyn mccoyFirst of all there was a mix up on location and I ended up with a larger truck than ordered!!! I’m not supposed to get charged for the larger one!’ The address listed for pick up was not the location of the truck. I had to drive 2-3 blocks away searching for the truck! Once located, I had to drive back to the business to get the key and then go back to the lot to get the truck. There was nothing in my instructions to indicate that there was two locations for pickup! I had to call for help through the entire process. Also, I ordered a dolly and it was not in the truck. I should not be charged for that!!

Worst experience in my life. The young men in the Centerpoint location customer service was terrible will never rent from them again.

Jennifer SharpeWhile the people were nice and polite, the job seemed unfamiliar to them. The storage area is a grassy field, not mowed. There was no help with hooking up trailer. Paper work was not completed properly which caused a big headache when trying to return the trailer. Nice folks, in need of better training.
