William BThe app was horrible. Did not accept my password the first 10 times I entered it, finally worked. Couldn't get anyone on the phone to help. When I returned the truck, the app would not accept the mileage I was entering. There was a decimal point that wouldn't go away and it kept saying the mileage was too low. Couldn't get anyone on the phone, said wait time was 62 minutes. So I left the truck with the keys in it. Got a call back from UHaul about an hour later, then before I could speak to anyone the call disconnected.
Christina Myour paper dragon is impressively long.... maybe shorten that some,,, of course I know you have all these legalese requirements but keep the paper trail minimal....
LARRY MThe online pickup process is TERRIBLE! I spent an hour fighting with it before I was finally able to pick up the truck. The website will not allow you to upload pictures during the pickup process, it would constantly get stuck "loading" after taking a photo. I called customer service, waited 15 minutes to talk to someone, only to be hung up on. Called back AGAIN and finally was transferred to an IT technician who informed me that checking in through the website has multiple issues and that you need to use the uhaul app. After installing the app the check-in process FINALLY went through but by that point I was an hour past my scheduled pickup time which made my move an hour late. I will NEVER do the online check-in again and will HIGHLY recommend others to do the same.

JOHN C1. I ordered a 20’ truck. Was not told until pick up you assigned me a 26’ truck. Too long for my driveway. Had to park across the street and carry stuff across the street. Really wore me out by end of move. 2. Was called day of rental and told pick up location had changed 22 miles away. At $.99 mi plus fuel that adds up. I was given a $50 credit which helped, but the extra time during the move plus the extra hour round trip to pick up and drop off, I ran out of time and had to rent for another day.
Lee VOnly complaint was the mileage cost to drive there and turn in the truck. Gentleman was very nice, and helpful.

Alfred WThe truck was disgusting on the inside, and sounded like it was going to die at any second. The back had a horrible odor, when we opened it we thought something had died in there. I had already drove to purvis from hattiesburg to get it so I just had to deal with it. Very upset. Very unpleasant experience. Will not recommend.
MaryHaylee MIf you need to call customer service at UHAUL they put you on hold indefinitely till you figure it out yourself. A bit frustrating when things aren't working well and the clock is ticking.
Kim Li asked for 20 ft truck ended up with 26 ft truck with no explanation just a text telling me I wasn't getting 20 ft truck after I had already confirmed.

Steven SI was supposed to drop off at the UHaul center on Hanson St, they would not answer the phone nor return my calls for 2 whole days. I refused to drop it off next to the street, UHaul had to change my drop off point. UHaul should know who their agents are and be a little more choosy who represents them...

Jeffrey MI secured a truck online at a different location, but less than 24 hours before my pick up, Uhaul changed the location to a nearby town. When I got to the location, I found the truck dirty, and the company did not have the 36 moving blankets which I had requested. I was forced to travel to a different Uhaul place and pick up the blankets. Because of these inconveniences, I will not be using Uhaul in the future.

Andrea CWhen I picked up my truck and trailer, they saw the the wire looked worn, they both said it was good! Should they not know their equipment, they said everything was good. When my Son joined us 1 1/2 days after Katie and I left. First thing my Son said as he filled me was the trailer had no brake lights or turning lights. We were in the middle of desserts driving, so no uhaul places. It was very scary during with no break lights or turn signal! I am sure when they check the trailer lights you’ ll see it was most likely to be the wiring that both the men said was good. Nancy Kaltenbaugh/ Katie Torrence!!!!

Leroy FI was called the day before pickup and informed I would have to drive 12 miles out of my way to pick up the van. Really didn’t appreciate it since I booked it at least 2 weeks ahead of time. Seems to me you need to work on customer service

don pTruck had way to much play in wheel for safe driving. Also, check engine light was on.
