Door to the trailer was hard to open and close. I told the operator about it, and he even struggled to open it. He then stated that it was the oldest trailer there, so it was to be expected. This being said, that means he purposely rented me a trailer he knew had problems, when there were others available.

Margaret WNina at K&M is AMAZING! She will make sure the equipment the customer ordered is there! Also the gentlemen who pulled up the truck/ attached my car transport were very helpful. I had reservations about me pulling my SUV onto the transport and John(?) did it with no problem.There was an issue with corporate putting two orders (from other customers) before mine and I made my reservation a month prior! Nina informed me of this and basically said my order was priority. Also, my reservation was cancelled and she had to re- enter all the pre check in information! Note to corporate: ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IN YOUR SYSTEM DO NOT CANCEL IT! It was an issue of too many hands touching my reservation.

ILYA UHad to drive 2 hours out of my way to pick up the 5x8 trailer. At my destination I had to drive back 1/2 hour to drop it off. The trailer had one tire that was questionable but it made it to the Oregon coast from Nevada. I already had reservations and people waiting so decided to not cancel the trip. Hope other people have good luck. But after talking to other U-haul dealers, this is very common.
PAUL EK&M did a great job. The problem I had was trying to contact anyone from uhaul itself. of 8 calls only 1 Gentleman was able to help me. it was very upsetting.
HAYDEN JI think the price for truck was high, I had to drive from Winnemucca to pick it up, as that was the only facility that had a truck. Back to Winnemucca and found no tow dolly there. Had to drive to Battle Mountain to pickup dolly. Tie down straps frayed, no hooks on stabilizer chains.
Louis CHe tried to get me a car dolly from the surrounding area even though his online rental system was down. Called Main Street and asked the guy to wait I was on my way. Very helpful!.
