Called before I dropped off the trailer as it was going to be after hours. They were very helpful. I had no issues with the drop off.

John LaneRating portion doesn't work. Trail cleaned out. No left debris from prior use. Did notice some wires hanging after arriving at destination. Brought this to attention of rental facility. One marker light out as a result. Did not impact use. Trailer towed very well. Could easily forget it was behind you. I underestimated the door opening height, but made it work with careful loading. Would rent again if ever needed .

It was suggested that I contact HQ in Holyoke MA to see what they could do regarding the change in vehicles. They were less than helpful. I would recommend K&R Rentals to anyone in the area looking for moving assistance

Matthew BurtonOld trucks! It took 3 tries to get what we needed on then morning of this rental. Jim, who works there, really tried to help us, but had no back-up trucks when the first one was diagnosed as having gear-shifting problems. He did have a truck like we needed come back to him just in time, and he brought it to our house to swap with what we were settling for. That truck was ok - we had no problems with it, but it's still a very old bone-shaker, and it takes lots of muscle to drive it. I'm recovering today from a very sore back! Get new trucks! keep Jim.

nick rubieThere was a warning light and message on the display so i couldn't see the mileage - a tire was low. Fortunately there was someone there to check me out, so i didn't need the remote pick-up, which i couldn't figure out. Also had a hard time with the remote return. We used the van for exactly one hour and went fewer than 10 miles.

Jeremy MillerYour U-HAUL agent, James Landrum, was excellent. He warned me that the tire pressure sensor warning had just come on and was scheduled for repair. This was only a very minor issue and did not affect my rental experience at all. The van was clean. The tires were in good shape and the van operated quite well. I make and deliver furniture and will highly recommend James Landrum and K&R Rentals to others.
John W Malley JrThe pickup location was fine and the attendant was very nice. No problems with customer service. However, I had a few issues. I ordered and paid for a hand truck that was NOT in the car. I will follow up with a separate claim. The van smelled horrible, like someone had used it to haul manure. The seats in the front were covered in dog hair, and the van only had 1/2 a tank of gas. This was an unsatisfactory experience. To be clear, I'm not expecting a luxury car when I rent a UHaul. But, I should at least be able to ride with the windows closed without gagging from the smell.

Pamela KnappRental representative was not there when dropping off. All there was is a barking dog. Got help from someone in an adjacent business who figured the guy had gone out for coffee. He was very helpful. No idea who the U-HAUL rep was as I never saw him.
Bill BergJim from K&R was super helpful thru the 2 years I rented there. I would recommend his storage units any time, always clean and very convenient. Having U-Haul right on the premises is a plus.
