Owner was very friendly. As to location address that was WAY OFF!!! Had to rely on help of the locals to point me in the right direction. UHAUL should get their locations up to date! 383 O'Brien rd location has moved OVER 1year ago! It's proper address is 1563 highway 132. I am extremely disappointed in the way uhaul conducts its service and the self serve process is crap and the app is useless!!!

The truck smelled bad, it was clean but just. There was a lot of dirt all over the back. You couldn't put anything clean without it being wrapped. There was a layer of dirt and even hay, in the back. The inside was dirty, during covid the doors even had dirt marks from fingers. The floor was dirty. The smell was bad, I reported the rest of my problems. The mirrors would move easy at all. It took over an hour to clean. Mostly because of the smell and my daughter is allergic. I had to bring a separate car for her to help the move. The gas should be at full, because it's far out of town and at 1/4 it hard to get it and not go over. I went over and was almost at half. It didn't start well, it need feathering the gas to get it started. Black smoke, came from truck like it was a Diesel. The key gel out while I was driving and keep driving . It's so lose and not safe, the ignition is so lose it looks like it's going to fall out. The whole Unit not just the black cover. I wasn't happy this time and didn't realize it would have been cheaper to leave the truck somewhere else. I got it early because of weather and it was a small move and cost 304.

I have rented there several times at this location and these people are outstanding. Dealing with them is always a good experience. Regards, DT

Nothing you can't improve on great.

I've tried multiple times to get you morons to call your client and fix his email address. I'm promised it will happen but then it doesn't happen... So, your actual client doesn't get your emails or his receipts or anything else... it all comes to Chicago... and this guy will never, ever let you know you are failing again... I'm done,Uhaul, well, when I need help, I'll go elsewhere. You can't even fix and email address, how can I trust your equipment?

Finding a drop off location was a 5 hour ordeal every employee was standoffish and dismissive I'm not impressed

Lose was so helpful and very friendly. The only challenge we had was with the boxes we rented from u-haul, they're not very strong in comparison with your competitors' boxes. I wouldn't recommend your boxes to my friends.

Excellent service. The service representative even accommodated us by opening early to help us get underway in early morning since we had to pick up the truck 1/2 hour from our home. Great job team Renfrew!! Thank you very much.

Nothing, very friendly and helpful, this is the location where I made all the arrangements, Lise had me checked out minutes after i returned the truck. Overall experience was fantastic, nice clean truck, handled well, pretty good on gas. Will definitely recommend U-haul to all my friends,

Best uhaul experience I've had!

Make sure the truck is ready at the location, date, and time reserved. I was supposed to get my truck at the Pembroke location at 10:30am but didn't get it until 3:30pm in Renfrew.

Truck was dropped off after hours - so not sure of the quality of this location.

I was treated very well.

Everything was good..Keep up the good work

PLEASE bring back 4x4 truck (current pickup truck is only 2 wheel drive) for those who need it for boats, etc..
