Rude customer service. Poor explanation of return instruction. I was told that I can return the truck anytime except Sunday. I returned the car and his staff told me to park the car anywhere. Poor por customer service with a lot of hidden fees. He charged me for after hours fee. DO NOT rent a U-haul truck from this guy and save yourself from additional HEADACHE while moving.

U-Haul mobile pickup is a bit glitchy and hard to gauge whether or not you're on the right track. Suggestions as to “this may take (?) number of minutes†or some clarification of the process would be good

I reserved online and explicitly declined the collision insurance. When I returned the van the collision insurance was included in the charges, but the clerk claimed the charge could not be reversed. I anticipate my time being wasted getting this resolved.
