The back of the uhaul was completely covered in oil or grease. Made moving incredibly difficult and hazardous due to the slick metal back and potential for slipping while carrying heavy items. Mattress was stained by the oil due to the size and inability to avoid contact at some point with the floor of the truck.

Mariana CThe truck we were given here was old and one of the door frames was bent enough so the wind would blow in through the door. It shook while driving. I needed to drive from Arizona to Michigan, so I stopped at the main U-haul in Tucson and traded for a newer model.

Bill MThe location looked closed even though we dropped off the truck during business hours. Perhaps more signage to indicate the business's open/closed status would serve well. This goes for where along the building to return the truck as well.
Treyton MEverything was perfect from pick-up to drop-off. I would recommend correcting the fuel cap or fill-up regulator at the pump. Upon filling up an uncomfortable amount of gas would spew out.
Donna MInside of van had poop in it. No shipping blankets available. Staff were super nice and helpful but Van should have come from a Uhaul center
douglas JTruck was dirty in back, but was cleaned out before I took possession. Gas tank was empty with warning 7 miles until empty. I ordered a furniture dolly and a dozen blankets. They had neither. On the positive side truck appeared new with no damage or problems. Customer service representative was polite and professional.

RAUL MHave a better pick up system. When I booked online it said I could just walk up to the counter to get the keys and save time but when I arrived at the pick up location, it took 30 minutes to complete the pick up which ate into the time I was allotted for the rental itself as I had only scheduled it for 4 hours. However, the gentleman assisting me was courteous and friendly, so If this matter could be solved I would rent from this location again.
