This location was a blessing. The original location we were supposed to take the truck for drop off no longer existed. Neither did the following three locations listed on UHaul's site for our location. After driving around a lot (adding extra miles and spending gas) we finally found this location which was very much still a uhaul location, and fantastically helpful and friendly.

The location was great but I had reserved and had confirmation of my rental ant the nor you customer SR I’ve people could find it. I wasted 30 min on the front end and another 30 in the back end because of this. Terrible. Yet the location did a great job

I needed to extend my rental and extra day.I called the location directly and he said that he was all rented out but he would try to work something out for me. a few hours later he called to confirm that he could extend my rental- that's great service. This is a small place, but the extended hours are what caused us to rent there. The one employee that handles the rentals is really on top of things. This is the fastest I've ever rented and returned at Uhaul!

I reserved a 15-foot but it was damaged and unavailable for use when I arrived. They gave me a 10 ft truck instead but that forced make two trips instead of one. I feel I should have been advised ahead of tine.

Had a reservation and was turned away. Had to go to 3 locations only to be told to go back to the location I was turned away from. 3 hours later I was finally able to get the truck I reserved. Horrible experience and no accountability

I made a reservation online for another location in Suwanee, Ga. I got a confirmation email the day before for the truck at the location site. Once I arrived to pick up the truck it was not available. I was told they were “looking for my truck” also told the place that had my truck was closed. After awhile I was told go to a new location 20 min away. Once I arrived at my pickup location the representative was very nice, however all her trucks were reserved. We both begin speaking to customer service. The new location was being overbooked and I was missing valuable time to complete my move. Finally I got a rental with a shorter time frame for return. This complaint is for customer service and online booking.

The woman who works here was horrible and rude, she wants to open and close doors for her and put the dolly where she prefers it to go (when Uhaul itself tells you to leave the dolly in the truck) and bad mouths uhaul that all theyre trucks are broken and they dont fix them, out of the 4/5 trucks- only one works and blames you for why they have to turn away customers, this location only has premium gas and does not do any employee discounts and the manager is always out of state. Worst place ever, the employee who gave me my rental was a gentlemen but the woman who works there is miserable and it shows and has no customer service skills. Would not recommend this location to a stranger.

Extremely dissatisfied. I am gonna file a case against UHAUL to BBB, FTC etc. 1. I was there in the gas station for more than 1 hour just to verify my out of state ID. 2. I ordered a 20' foot. But I got a different lesser than that. It's because the 20' foot truck had the door open and it was impossible to close. 3. So after waiting for more than 1 hour in the gas station for just being approved finally I had to re-reserve the truck and got an approval after a poor chat with a representative called LUCY. 4. I took something lesser than 20' truck because the door was wide open 5. I drive the truck and the driver door won't close completely 6. The brakes won't work properly. It was driven 170k miles. 7. The first representative (a man) was super sweet and he helped me at the gas station. 8. The second representative while returning was rude as fish. Such an aweful experience. I have beena . Uhaul customer for 9 years and this is what I get?

U-Haul changed my pick up location and I didn’t receive notifications about this change. When I called to the new location to complain they just said..”I just have you truck if you wanna it” Then I call directly to U Haul and I waited for 15 min and nobody took my call. I’m really disappointed...very bad customer service. Horrible customer experience..in the past I use U-Haul several time...but in the future never ever...!
