The booking had me return the uhaul to Claresholm when I specifically stated on the phone it was to be a one way trip to Lethbridge. This cost me extra time and money - not happy at all.
Jason PI will not recommend this company at all we've nothing but issues with them. First ordered a truck to picked up in Nanton truck was tampered with hole in gas tank, then was sent to Lethbridge to pick up another was compensated with not being charged mileage. Filled truck back being told not entirely full so money coming off my deposit the Claresholm location their debit/credit card machine broken so can't get my deposit back so sending out my payment by cheque in the mail which is on strike 🤬🤬🤬🤬 so careful where u get u truck from!!!

Patricia SThis location was great. The experience as a whole was completely dreadful. The original pickup location was not available. When we went to the secondary location the originally booked trailer was not available due to electrical issues. We then had to drive two hours round trip out of our way to pickup a utility trailer which resulted in extra expenses for tarps and straps as well as added gas. The discount of $50 off the rental is not sufficient for the added stress and expenses incurred from this situation. Especially as this is the second prebooked rental that has been a fiasco. It is extremely unlikely that I will use uhaul services again.

Rhonda BLocation was booked for Okotoks location pick up. A day prior we were advised we needed to pick up in Clareshome. We incurred additional costs for milage overage and additional fuel costs. If the location in Okotoks is unable to provide the service, then why were we able to book and confirm our reservation?

Alexander FFound a tail lite that quit , no way for myself to get replaced ? lights are riveted on , not serviceable by customer !! Not a good idea ! Easier to change a lite , than get a ticket !! I hope they fixed it , before it lives Kelowna ????

charles pThe location and people there are excellent. The person at the call centre was rude and threatened to report the trailer stolen when there was miscommunication about the process. I had done the online check in but apparently that was not enough and not communicated. Threatening a customer is never the correct behaviour.

ralph mU-Haul can confirm with me that there is actually a trailer for me to pick on location within 48 hours prior to rental. I got no phone call as I requested when reservations were made.

ELAINE RCab of truck smelled of cigarettes. It was nauseating. For the cost it was unacceptable. I would not use UHAUL again.
ALEC HI tried several times to leave a great report on the Moving Help provides true Convenient Moving in Edmonto 5 star. However, the site did not lend itself to using easily and I gave up.
Syd Gsignage is needed at the Clarsholme location took 45 minutes to find it,, no signage on highway or turn off ect.. frustrating to say the least.. and that was with the GPS on..just sayen
Suzanne RI ordered a 15' truck and as far as I knew that's what I was going to get. 2 days before my move I was informed they only had a 10' truck for me but I could drive to Vulcan to get the truck in the size I ordered. That's a 1 hour drive away!! Absolutely not. I was very disappointed that U-Haul only gave 2 days notice, knowing it was too late for me to go through another rental company at such short notice. Moving is stressful enough without this hassle. I would not ever again use or recommend U-Haul to anyone for that reason.

Sherry FKaz’s went above and beyond to sort out issues that were created by uhaul directors. I highly recommend Kaz’s but wish that uhaul would get their act together!
Ralph LAgain, nothing really. The agent was expecting us and came out immediately as we drove up. She, too, was very pleasant and professional. Overall a great experience on both ends. Would not hesitate to rent a unit again in the future!
