Truck and windows were dirty, truck was 2.5 quarts low on oil. Tire pressure specs on driver's door jamb specified pressures on front and rear tires 10-15 psi LOWER than what I found the tire pressure at on all six tires. Owner did not return my messages. This rental site was broken into the night before, possibly causing the owner to not perform to normal standards, but I don't know.Steven P.

The first pick-up location wasn't open on the weekends it was an m&m "24 hour" towing so I went to another location not to far from that location this location was friendly and helpful but the drop off was awfulchristopher L.

I was charged extra mileage; one reason was that I had to go to a different pick-up location which was farther away from my moving location. I think U-Haul should reimburse me for the extra mileage because of this last-minute change in pick-up location.Stephanie R.

Great Customer service ever that i seen with uhaul dealers As i was always confuse about pricing with uhaul but this guy in this location breakdown everything for me and told me one by one, very patient the equipment was really clean, nice location great uhaul dealer in the areaRandall R.
I ordered a 26' with 10 pads online and received a confirmation. I received a call, and confirmed I wanted to pickup the Truck in Camino. I arrived in Camino at 9:30 am and was told they did not have a 26' truck or pads. I could have a 20'. If I didn't want that I could go to another location. I had a 4 man crew waiting for the truck, so I took the 20' truck. It cost me extra mileage and extra man hours. When I came in to the station the next day, I said I would like to talk to Management. I also mentioned I wanted to add a few gallons of gas to the tank before checking it in. As I was talking to UHaul on the telephone, the clerk took the key that was sitting next to my handbag and preceeded to check me out. Again, costing me more per gallon in fuel. The Camino location is not a very good representation of your company.Beverly B.

I went there Tuesday they were closed with a sign saying back in 25 min with no time on the note. The computers are very slow. They could not give me a receipt when I dropped it off. The trail or was in very rough shape.JIM U.

Overall I had a terrible experience with Uhaul. I will never use them again. Not only was the headquarters lady rude and not helpful, but I had to drive to 2 seperate locations to pick up a truck that was not the guaranteed size but had to drive past my house the opposite direction to get a trailer as they refused to not have both in the same place. Not to mention Uhaul wanted me to drop the two items off in completely different locations an hour apart. I can Not believe a company so big is so poorly ran. Your better off saving the money and making extra trips or using anyone but Uhaul. The only helpful person was the place we dropped off at. He was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. At least one piece of the puzzle was helpful. I will never use Uhaul again. Completely dissatisfied.CLINTON S.

Located in a gas station. Not friendly, tried to explain mileage charges that were promised, attendant did not appear to want to hear about it. I did pay what he wanted and left with poor feeling of customer service from U haul.Sandra B.

The call center transferred me to the pick up location. I spoke with a lady who said she would call back after she was done with a customer. I waited for 45 min and never received a call. We drove there to pick up a truck, when we got there the lady was in the back laughing and joking with another employee. Turned out the guy helped us. But I was frustrated that we never got the call back. This gentleman was helpful and got us the truck we needed and we were sent on our way. I wouldn't go back to this facility due to poor service unless I was desperate to get a truck againKARIN MARIE P.

I called to reserve and got a price and when I picked up the truck the price was a lot more I told her that I had to make two trips in two days and did not have the option for more miles I thought it was a bad deal to have to pay for more milesrick G.
I am disappointed that I registered & reserved for a nearby U-Haul pick-up only to be redirected to a town 2 cities away from my destination. I was told I would receive extra free miles for driving so far out of my way. Not only did I not receive the extra free miles, I had to pay for extra gas, and I was CHARGED for the extra mileage due to the remote pick-up location. I emailed U- haul yesterday, disputing the additional mileage charge but they have failed to respond. I am disapointed to say the least and believe I should receive a credit on my visa account.Deborah P.

Person at the counter did not know how to hook up the trailer. He was unable to help with the hook up because he had to attended to he gas station. This was the first time renting from Uhaul that did not receive help with trailer hook up. He didn't even help check to make sure the lights were working properly.Mandy B.
My only complaint was that there was hardly any gas in the truck to start so I had to fill it up my self. I didn't use all the gas so they got more than a half a tank of gas than what I started with. The attendant wouldn't even give me a discount for free gas. The costs of the entire rental with all the gas I put in it turned out to be way more than was budgeted for this move. The original rental was to take place in Placerville, Miss. Flat Rd but we were given misinformation and were forced to drive up to Camino, at a later hour which put us way behind. The gentlemen at the desk in Camino was helpful, polite, patient and very pleasant under the circumstances. I had reserved a open trailer 3 weeks prior to leaving Tahoe at incline village nv. I stopped by Inclone village u-haul 3 days before leaving to make sure the trailer was there or would be there, only to be told no trailer was there and it would not be available on date reserved! I could not believe I had not been called so I could have made other arrangements! Incline Village u-haul seems to have a bad reputation after talking to other people. I had to drive to Camino Ca. Aprox. 120 miles to pickup the trailer I needed! The u-haul dealer in Camino was great! I don't recommend Incline Village U-haul! Bill G.BILL G.
