Was only good for a drop off. Nobody is on site. Happened to stop by 3 weeks earlier to get some information and I got lucky that someone was there who told me what to do for the drop off.

David WestThe experience I had when I actually got the truck was fantastic but before that it was the worst. I booked the truck a week in advanced for a 20ft truck with a pickup in Allenstown NH for 8am on Saturday 10/30. When you said you had a truck available. Then I find out on Friday night that the truck wasn’t actually available and that I was going to be on a waitlist and the earliest I could get a truck was Saturday night…. I needed to move on Saturday and when I booked the truck I figured that means that a truck was actually booked for me, not that I booked the idea of getting a truck. Our whole moving day was screwed up since I couldn’t get the truck I planned when I had planned it for. Next time when someone is booking a truck for a time and date you should actually have the truck available for them or tell them one isn’t available much sooner than the night before. Customers plan days/weeks in advance of these things just to be told one won’t be available is the WORST experience ever.

Matthew RuzickaThe online check out was way too long because the store had computer issues. Dan was very helpful. Had to return after office closed so check in was a bit confusing, but after a couple phone calls, we got through it.
DIRK WARREN JOHNSONThe UHaul app proved to be ineffective, partially because of weak cell signal in the area, but also because the app kept sending us back to the dashboard and couldn't complete the process of getting us the code for the lockbox. We ended up speaking with a live person and that worked. Not impressed by the app. But the dealer was good and he had the vehicle ready and waiting.
Harry GlorikianWe originally had a hard time finding where to drop off the key but someone going in to the building guided us. Once inside, very smooth process with very friendly people. I would suggest to make a specific sign at the flea market entrance stating it is also uhaul drop off.

Mel MimnaughThere was no signage as to where to pick up the trailer. The place looked run down and multiple businesses being run from the property. They had one truck and one trailer. The trailer had been wrecked and a tie down had been cut and unusable.

Timothy ShentonThere was no paperwork provided and I was told the gas level was at 5/8(it was actually slightly above 1/2)- After returning it I received the invoice in my email where it said it was at 7/8. So, we got charged for gas even though we filled it up to where it was. Also, I was never told there would be ANY additional fees when we dropped the truck off.

David PrueI dropped off the trailer at night. Because there is no lighting at this location after hours, I had to unload my car from the auto transporter, and un hitch and store the transporter, in complete darkness. At least some minimal lighting would be a great improvement.

Dominick DellarattaUpset that I was charged for a safe move abs have no idea what that charge was for and was not told about it. Just noticed on my invoice when I was submitting it for reimbursement. I can not be reimbursed for this amount as I can not explain what it is.
