Caelen RWe where also asked to drop the truck at one location and the trailer at another, Keith’s our original drop off was ver accommodating at took both truck and trailer and would handle the exchange for us.
Alvin IUhaul parking area had several "open" spots, but due to poor parking of trailers and other Uhaul vehicles, could not park in the uhaul parking area for our return. Had to park in general parking.
Rachel CAllow the truck to remain with a mover for as long as needed. You're still making your money & your creating a happy customer likely to reuse your services again.

John SThe first location I tried to rent from, even though they took my reservation, did not have the equipment I wanted. It was a huge waste of time. The second location, Keiths Car Care, was fantastic. They went above and beyond. The problem is with U-Haul itself. The lights went out a day into my rental because the wiring was so piss, poor and half assed that it shorted out tons of fuses in my own car. That cost me several hours on the second day of rental. I’ve already put in a complaint and expect some kind of compensation refund for this. U-Haul was complete shit.

Karen KThe inside of the cab of the truck was sticky in the cup holders and steering wheel. The bag of pad the in the back were open which leads me to believe someone before me used them and didn't close it up. The back of the truck was not sweep out very well. I was told to bring the truck back with almost 3/4 tank of gas but it was barely filled up past half. The man that helped me with the pick up of the truck was helpful considering the issues we were having with the online check in system.

Douglas JOnly thing that was not user friendly was the app to return after hours. It say to return to an orange box and they do not have one. They only have two boxes with codes and I did not have a code to return key so I had to leave in truck and lock it and then they told me they did not have an extra key so I should have left truck open which I did not feel comfortable with. Other than that I always use this location
Frances Bhe truck was very clean... however this truck has a horrible gas smell when driving in the interior. I advised the rental team upon returning the vehicle, also the weather strip to the drivers door falls off often. Needs some weather strip glue to keep it attached
STEVE DThe website was simple. We arrived to pick up the truck, it was ready, very clean, and the representative for U-haul was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and friendly. We were in and out in a matter of minutes. I would Highly recommend using Keith’s car care in Oswego for U-Haul services.
Ellen AMake sure all electrical is working!!! So frustrating to pick up rental and some of the electrical is not working. I had to fix myself and missed side work because of it. This is my second Uhaul rental from an off site rental and it’s been two places that I had to fix the lights. NOT GOOD!!
KELLY CGreat experience! Easy reservation, easy pickup, easy drop off! The gentleman hooked up the trailer, safety chains, lights, checked that everything was operational and off I went. I’ve used Keith’s a handful of times for UHaul because it’s so quick and easy.
mark CI think it would be extremely helpful if I was able to pick up the rental in the location I initially chose and not an additional 8 miles away. I was told that the location that I the location that I chose didn't have the truck I wanted available when in actuality that was not the case at all, and the location had a truck sitting on the lot the day I placed the order as well as today, all day during the time in which I requested it. I am highly disappointed and feel like I was just scammed out of additional mileage at 99 cents a mile.

Jason SHad requested the u-haul a mile from my house and was confirmed initially. By having to go to another location added $10 on to my bill. But the location was very friendly and helpful.

mark sThe employees were great. What was not great was the U-Haul app. I did the pickup and return via the app. It worked ok until the part where the keys were delivered/dropped off. It didn’t tell me to use the lock box for the keys. At pickup, an employee had to take me over to the lock box and unlock it. The app did not tell me what to do. At return, it did not tell me how to return the keys, it was after hours so I had to figure out how to leave them in a lock box. Frustrating.
Charles NWas a little thrown off of where to drop the keys off. General drop box seemed a bit unsecured. Maybe leave keys locked inside truck? Will for sure rent from Keith’s again though. Thank you!

Daisy RAt the last minute U-Haul switched our rental to Keith's, who are located almost an hour away from my home. Keith's was sensitive to my frustration and did everything the could to take care of us. I strongly recommend them.
James SMy only issue with the rental experience was that The trailer I reserved was not at the location I expected it to be for pickup (pickup location half hour away) then when we found a closer location to drop off , I was told the trailer had to be dropped at the location selected at time of reservation !
