I did not like the fact that I had to drive so far to get the truck. But that is U-Haul issue not the location.

The truck was not ready. It had to be pulled out of the snow and there was summer windshield washer fluid in the truck. It had summer tires and I was driving in winter conditions.

I order a uhault 2 week before and aI have to drive 140 km away to come n pick it in another location that suck considering your gas and time wasting uhaul company have to work on it

Make sure there is a functioning ramp on the truck and that it’s not full of huge rocks jamming it closed. We had to deal with that and after a 4 day drive it was pretty unpleasant.

My negative Uhaul experience is not related to the business operations of the pick up or drop off outlets. My problem is with the business practices of Uhaul. I was rented a trailer THAT WAS NOT available, I had to drive 4 HOURS to pick up the trailer that was supposedly reserved for me in Yorkton. I was given incorrect information about the hours of operation, and expect reimbursement for this inconvenience

I have major issues with how U-Haul handled my experience. I booked a truck 3 weeks before needing it for Monday May 21st to be picked up in Yorkton SK. I phoned to confirm on Friday May 18th and was told there no longer was a truck available. How could that be? POOR, POOR SERVICE!!! ... They said they were going to phone me but I don't believe that as I hadn't received a call by that time and why would a truck suddenly not be available when I was told when I booked it that one was? ... Fortunately, the person I was talking to located a truck for me in Kelvington that I could pick up on that Friday. I had to rearrange EVERYTHING to get it that day. I have HUGE hesitancy in recommending this company to someone else ... Please don't get me wrong, the service I received from the various places was great and the person I talked to on the phone on that Friday was excellent, so you have that going for you ... I truly am disappointed though ... Sincerely, Brian Ray

The lights were not wired correctly on the 5 x 8 that we used. My reservation was for a 4 x 8 trailer which was not available anywhere (after many phone calls and time on phone) so they offered a 5 x 8 for no extra charge. We appreciated this jester, however did not need as large a trailer and it cost us $100 extra in gas for our trip. We tried to trade the trailer at a different physical location, that had one on the lot, and tried to call the 800 number, both times were told it's too complicated to switch so you should just keep that one. We should not have been able to make a reservation unless guaranteed. When we went to drop off at booked location they refused it. I called 800 number and a new location was set up quickly and efficiently. The new location was very close by.
