I rented a 10-foot truck from Express Storage in Kent. Online search for the truck I needed, reservations, and early check-in were easy. At Express Storage, I was given clear instructions on the rental agreement and use and return of the truck. No problems, and everything was expedited in a friendly manner. I also could not find any other truck rental that could match the daily price of 19.95 + 99 cents/mile.

Leslie G.Check your truck more detaily. I did rent 15†truck at Kent and Tow dolly at Tukila, but the brake light connector was problem. A borrowed tow dolly's break light didn't work. So I had to replace a fuse that located inside of hood, I almost spent 3~4hours for find a problem.

Steve C.Kent drop off location is NOT WELL MARKED & EASY to drive past it. Also I filled up my truck as noted on my contract that shows how many estimated gallons HOWEVER it notes I had 1/2 tank when I picked it up but there was LESS & returning it I filled to 3/4 full interpreting how much should have been entered so THE NEXT PERSON will have a BONUS!! TRUCK was GREAT 👍 & I considered it reasonably price except for adding MORE gas ⛽ 😅 THANK U
Pam F.Use better math skills. I was over charged by almost $200.00 when my estimate said$109.00. Then I was charged $92.00 as I was told I brought the van back with no gas. WRONG! I took pictures & videos of me returning the van. At least U-Haul was fast with the refund. Mke sure to take videos and pictures when you return the rental.
