The checking out equipment when we got there took about 1 hour to complete the pickup process and put us behind on the move about an hour. I wish we could have completed the information part before we got there then all we had to do was request a code for the key box.Lolita G.
The location was far from my home and not the location I had specified when I reserved the truck. I had also reserved an appliance dolly and 2 dozen moving blankets - none of which were with the truck.Gregory B.

I was informed via phone call day before my scheduled reservation pickup that the truck I reserved would not be available and I would have to drive 30 miles to another state to pick up. Upon arriving at that location I was exposed to the most rude, unprofessional person I have ever had contact with that they did not have the truck I reserved available. I had to drive 15 miles to the next location to pick up the truck. We were under stringent time constraints with friends and family waiting to help. The employee was ZERO HELP and a very bad representation of UHaul. I'll choose another company for future needs.Kimberley G.

The original location on Bardstown Road was gravely understaffed the day I picked it up. The one staff member working clearly didn't have a clue what she was doing. Line did not move at all the first hour (literally). Other customers got irate. Once additional staff showed up the line moved but I still had to go to the different facility to pick up the trailer, despite having a reservation. That facility, Kentuckiana Motorsports, was fine. They had the trailer and no line.david T.
We were not sent any notice that our pick up and drop off locations had changed. Neither by email nor text were we contacted. We arrived in Jeffersonville IN to pick up the vehicle which we were told was not there. We had 30 minutes to get assigned location before it was given away. We were 30 minutes from the location so thankfully we arrived in time. The rep at Kentuckiana Motors was excellent.Robert G.
