i reserved a tow dolly to be picked up in Bardstown Kentucky. when i arrived with my reservation in hand saying Bardstown it was not in the system. i had to drive 30 miles to the next county to get the unit i reserved to be picked up in Bardstown.

It was my first time using U-Haul and I didn't know how the process worked. I didn't realize that you had to pay a person at the location upon pickup and you couldn't do it all online. My pickup was at 9:00 AM and the business owner did not arrive until around 9:10 and did not light up the OPEN sign until I had come back to drop the trailer off. All's well that ends well, and we got it all figured out, but I think making it slightly more clear how the online reservation system actually works would be a good thing.

Owen and the staff went above and beyond my expectations at this location from assisting me, and making sure I have the proper equipment to making sure it was hooked up properly all the lights worked even checked the tires I have had terrible experiences and competitor in the past and this company here has restored my faith in renting a transporter trailer thanks Owen @ kch laser in Elizabethtown Kentucky fast and friendly service from start to finish

Owen at the location was very helpful and informative. The phone number for the location in the U haul website was not correct so I could not contact the location directly.

Tried to drop off the truck after hours using the mobile app, and the app would not work. Finally gave up and returned during business hours. A slight inconvenience

The pick-up location was great. The front desk was polite and helpful. My issues were not with locations rather with the vehicles being changed (10' to 15') as well as pick up and drop off locations being changed (which added extra miles to my trip, resulting in charges) all without notifying me.

Great customer service! Friendly and knowledgeable my only complaint is that the website is completely unnavigatable, it’s hard to find what you need and runs very slow, it charged out order twice, because the website took half our order and quit! We had to call a customer service rep to get our truck and supplies ordered! They rep was wonderful! Please fix your website to be more user friendly!!!

This was nothing against the business but U-Haul really need to update their system. It seems to be very slow and connecting and downloading. The location and the employees there are very polite and willing to help with any questions I had.
