This location did not have the dolly that I reserved I after bringing this to their attention via phone call and getting swapped around to differnt departments and having the phone system automatically hang up on me I drove back to the location to get a dolly. having them tell me they do not have a dolly and if I would like a dolly I would have to travel 25min our of the way one way then back to my home it would effectively take an hour out of my day on top the 30 min wasted for them to decide there was nothing they could do about the dolly being missing it is already on my invoice and paid I asked how this happened when I scheduled the truck last week the associate then told me it was a uhaul problem not there problem because they submitted inventory last week showing they did not have one. while doing this an rv sales associate steps in and tells me to hit the road and there is nothing they can do as it is uhauls fault and not there responsibility to check for equipment prior to giving it to a customer. I then left with no dolly after paying for a rental to just purchase a dolly to try and stay closer to my original moving time line that I'm currently already behind at this point after having multiple associate get frustrated after trying to hold them accountable for the equipment I rented and never received

Verify with the location what equipment is available prior to booking it. I requested a dozen furniture covers but they only had 5 and also needed an appliance dolly but when I showed up there were none available.

I was frustrated with this location because there was no after hours drop off and I sat on hold for 30 minutes trying to contact uhaul but never was able to get in touch with someone. I ended up having to keep the truck and bring it in the next morning which was very inconvenient.

When selecting the drop of location it would be helpful to know they do not have an after hours drop off. I could have taken the equipment back early however i had to take time off work because i was not aware this location did not have after hours drop off.
